Abstract
본 발명에 따른 소다회의 제조방법은 처리비용이 저렴하며, 낮은 에너지로 중조 및 소다회를 제공하는 효과를 나타낸다. 또한, 이산화탄소 및 암모니아를 회수하는 시설투자비 및 운용비용의 대폭적인 감소로 부가적인 경제적 이득을 취할 수 있다. 아울러, 합성천연가스 제조시 발생되는 부생가스와 해수담수화 농축 폐액을 재활용하여 환경오염을 예방할 수 있다.

Claims (7)
- 4 내지 20중량%의 염분을 포함하는 해수담수화 농축 폐액과, 합성천연가스의 제조공정에서 발생하는 부생가스로부터 얻어진 순도 85% 이상인 고순도의 이산화탄소 및 순도 80% 이상인 고순도의 암모니아를, 염분 1몰당 1.2 내지 2.0몰의 이산화탄소 및 1.5 내지 3.0몰의 암모니아의 비율로 10 내지 30℃의 온도에서 반응시켜 중조를 제조하는 단계; 및 상기 중조를 200 내지 400℃의 온도로 열처리하여 순도가 95 내지 99%인 소다회를 제조하는 단계;를 포함하는 소다회 제조방법.
