Claims (14)
- 폭 방향의 두께 분포가 10% 이하의 필름에 있어서,
폭 방향의 양단으로부터 필름 전체 폭의 5% 내측 부분에 대하여, 각각 150℃에서 30분 가열했을 때에, 필름에 평행하고 또한 폭 방향에 수직인 흐름 방향의 열수축률이 큰 쪽의 값을 열수축률 MD1, 다른 한쪽의 값을 열수축률 MD2라고 하고,
필름의 폭 방향의 중앙 부분을 150℃에서 30분 가열했을 때의 필름에 평행하고 또한 폭 방향에 수직인 흐름 방향의 열수축률을 열수축률 MD3라고 한 경우에,
열수축률 MD1, 열수축률 MD2 및 열수축률 MD3 모두 3∼20%인 폴리비닐아세탈계 수지 필름. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
휘발분이 1.0질량% 이하인 폴리비닐아세탈계 수지 필름. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
폭 방향의 양단으로부터 전체 폭의 5% 내측 부분에 대하여, 각각 150℃에서 30분 가열했을 때에, 필름에 평행하고 또한 흐름 방향에 수직인 폭 방향의 열수축률을 열수축률 TD1 및 열수축률 TD2라고 한 경우에, 열수축률 TD1 및 열수축률 TD2 모두가 0% 이하이며,
각각의 폭 방향의 열수축률의 절대치가, 동일한 부분의 흐름 방향의 열수축률의 절대치 이하인 폴리비닐아세탈계 수지 필름. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
하기식 (I) 및 (Ⅱ)을 만족시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리비닐아세탈계 수지 필름.

열수축률 MD1/열수축률 MD2≥1.7 (I)
0.7≤열수축률 MD2/열수축률 MD3≤1.4 (Ⅱ) - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
열 라미네이트용인 폴리비닐아세탈계 수지 필름. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
필름의 표면에 고저차 20㎛ 이상의 엠보스 또는 연속한 오목부를 가지는 폴리비닐아세탈계 수지 필름. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
추가로, 2가 이상의 금속의 유기산염을 폴리비닐아세탈계 수지에 대하여, 금속원자 환산으로 1∼1000ppm 포함하는 폴리비닐아세탈계 수지 필름. - 제 2 항에 기재된 필름을 압출기를 이용하여 제막함에 있어서, 다이로부터 압출할 때의 폴리비닐아세탈계 수지의 온도가 150∼250℃이고, 다이립과 다이립으로부터 가장 가까운 롤에서의 필름의 접촉 지점의 거리가 5∼15cm이며, 제막 속도가 0.4∼20m/분인 폴리비닐아세탈계 수지 필름의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 기재된 폴리비닐아세탈계 수지 필름을 가지는 다층 구조체.
- 제 9 항에 있어서,
상기 폴리비닐아세탈계 수지 필름이 적어도 일방의 표면에 있는 다층 구조체. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 기재된 폴리비닐아세탈계 수지 필름을 이용한 태양 전지용 밀봉재.
- 제 11 항에 기재된 태양 전지용 밀봉재를 이용한 태양 전지 모듈.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 기재된 폴리비닐아세탈계 수지 필름을 이용한 접합 유리용 중간막.
- 제 13 항에 기재된 접합 유리용 중간막을 이용한 접합 유리.
