Claims (21)
- 에폭시 수지 (A) 100 중량부에 대하여, 지방족 폴리아민, 지환족 폴리아민 또는 방향족 폴리아민에서 선택되는 아민계 경화제 (B) 를 25 ∼ 50 중량부, 융점이 150℃ 이상인 유기산디히드라지드 화합물 (C) 를 1 ∼ 20 중량부 배합한 섬유 강화 복합 재료용 에폭시 수지 조성물에 있어서,상기 에폭시 수지 조성물이, 상온에서 고형인 열경화성 수지 (E) 를 포함하고, 그 열경화성 수지 (E) 가 입자상으로 분산되어 있으며, 상기 상온에서 고형인 열경화성 수지 (E) 의 입자가, 에폭시 수지 (A) 에 온도 90 ℃ 미만에서 완전히 용해되지 않고, 또한 연화점이 120 ℃ 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 섬유 강화 복합 재료용 에폭시 수지 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 에폭시 수지 조성물이, 디시안디아미드 (D) 를 포함함과 함께, 상기 유기산디히드라지드 화합물 (C) 가 입자상으로 분산되어 있는 섬유 강화 복합 재료용 에폭시 수지 조성물.
- 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서,추가로, 열가소성 수지 (F) 를 포함하는 섬유 강화 복합 재료용 에폭시 수지 조성물.
- 제 1 항, 제 2 항 및 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 유기산디히드라지드 화합물 (C) 의 평균 입자 직경이 100㎛ 이하인 섬유 강화 복합 재료용 에폭시 수지 조성물.
- 제 1 항, 제 2 항 및 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 아민계 경화제 (B) 가, 3,3'디아미노디페닐술폰 및/또는 4,4'디아미노디페닐술폰인 섬유 강화 복합 재료용 에폭시 수지 조성물.
- 제 1 항, 제 2 항 및 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 열경화성 수지 (E) 가, 상기 에폭시 수지에 온도 90℃ 미만에서 완전히 용해되지 않는 상온에서 고형인 에폭시 수지, 비스말레이미드계 수지 및 이소시아네이트계 수지에서 선택되는 적어도 1 종을 포함하는 섬유 강화 복합 재료용 에폭시 수지 조성물.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 열가소성 수지 (F) 가, 폴리에테르술폰 수지 또는 폴리에테르이미드 수지인 섬유 강화 복합 재료용 에폭시 수지 조성물.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 에폭시 수지 (A) 100 중량부에 대하여, 상기 디시안디아미드 (D) 를 1 ∼ 5 중량부의 배합 비율로 포함하는 섬유 강화 복합 재료용 에폭시 수지 조성물.
- 제 1 항, 제 2 항 및 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 에폭시 수지 (A) 100 중량부에 대하여, 상기 열경화성 수지 (E) 를 1 ∼ 20 중량부의 배합 비율로 포함하는 섬유 강화 복합 재료용 에폭시 수지 조성물.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 에폭시 수지 (A) 100 중량부에 대하여, 상기 열가소성 수지 (F) 를 20 ∼ 60 중량부의 배합 비율로 포함하는 섬유 강화 복합 재료용 에폭시 수지 조성물.
- 제 1 항, 제 2 항 및 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 에폭시 수지 조성물의 승온 속도 2℃/분에 있어서의 동적 점탄성 측정에 의한 최저 점도가 10 ∼ 150Pa·s 인 섬유 강화 복합 재료용 에폭시 수지 조성물.
- 제 4 항에 기재된 섬유 강화 복합 재료용 에폭시 수지 조성물의 제조 방법으로서, 상기 에폭시 수지 (A) 에, 상기 열가소성 수지 (F) 를 95 ∼ 150℃ 에서 용해하여 혼합 수지로 한 후, 60 ∼ 90℃ 로 냉각시키고, 그 혼합 수지 중에 상기 아민계 경화제 (B) 및 유기산디히드라지드 화합물 (C) 를 포함하는 다른 배합 성분을 첨가하는 섬유 강화 복합 재료용 에폭시 수지 조성물의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항, 제 2 항 및 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 에폭시 수지 조성물을 매트릭스 수지로 하여, 강화 섬유와 복합시킨 섬유 강화 프리프레그.
- 제 17 항에 있어서,상기 매트릭스 수지의 함유량이 30 ∼ 50 중량% 인 섬유 강화 프리프레그.
- 제 17 항에 있어서,상기 강화 섬유가 탄소 섬유인 섬유 강화 프리프레그.
- 제 17 항에 기재된 섬유 강화 프리프레그와 허니컴 코어를 적층시킨 허니컴 샌드위치 패널.
- 제 20 항에 있어서,상기 허니컴 코어가 아라미드 허니컴, 알루미늄 허니컴, 페이퍼 허니컴, 유리 허니컴에서 선택되는 어느 것인 허니컴 샌드위치 패널.
