도 3은 본 발명의 액정 패널의 제조 방법으로 이용하는 액정 패널의 제조 장치의 구성예를 나타내는 도면이다.
도 4는 형광체 램프의 구성예를 나타내는 도면이다.
도 5는 형광체 램프의 그 외의 구성예를 나타내는 도면이다.
도 6은 형광체 램프의 분광 방사 스펙트럼을 나타내는 도면이다.

Claims (5)
- 자외선 반응성 재료를 함유하는 액정을 내부에 봉입한 MVA 방식의 액정 패널에 대해, 광을 조사하고, 상기 자외선 반응성 재료를 반응시켜, 상기 액정 패널의 내부에 배향부를 형성하는 액정 패널의 제조 방법에 있어서,
상기 조사하는 광에는, 액정의 흡수단 파장보다 장파장인 파장 범위가 320nm∼360nm인 광과, 액정의 흡수단 파장보다 단파장인 파장 범위가 300nm∼320nm인 광이 포함되고,
상기 광을 조사하는 광원은, 파장 범위 300nm∼320nm의 방사 조도보다도 파장 범위 320nm∼360nm의 방사 조도 쪽이 큰, 희가스가 봉입되고 유전체 배리어 방전에 의해 그 희가스에 의해 발생한 자외광에 의해 형광체를 여기하는 형광체 램프이고,
파장 300nm∼360nm의 광량을 100으로 했을 때의, 파장 300nm∼320nm의 광량은 20 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 패널의 제조 방법. - 자외선 반응성 재료를 함유하는 액정을 내부에 봉입한 MVA 방식의 액정 패널에 대해, 광을 조사하고, 상기 자외선 반응성 재료를 반응시켜, 상기 액정 패널의 내부에 배향부를 형성하는 액정 패널의 제조 방법에 있어서,
상기 조사하는 광에는, 액정의 흡수단 파장보다 장파장인 파장 범위가 320nm∼360nm인 광과, 액정의 흡수단 파장보다 단파장인 파장 범위가 300nm∼320nm인 광이 포함되고,
상기 광을 조사하는 광원은, 파장 범위 300nm∼320nm의 방사 조도보다도 파장 범위 320nm∼360nm의 방사 조도 쪽이 큰, 옥소 엑시머 램프이고,
파장 300nm∼360nm의 광량을 100으로 했을 때의, 파장 300nm∼320nm의 광량은 20 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 패널의 제조 방법. - 청구항 2에 있어서,
상기 옥소 엑시머 램프에는, 크세논이 봉입되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 패널의 제조 방법. - 삭제
