Claims (5)
- 헛개나무 잎과 매실 및 설탕을 혼합하고 상온에서 30일간 침출한 후 여과하여 얻어진 헛개나무 잎 및 매실의 당 추출액을 유효성분으로 포함하고,
정제수, 사과농축액, 설탕, 구연산을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 헛개나무 잎 및 매실의 당 추출액을 유효성분으로 포함하는 음료 조성물. - 제1항에 있어서, 헛개나무 잎과 매실 및 설탕의 혼합비가 중량비로 3 : 7 : 10인 것을 특징으로 하는 헛개나무 잎 및 매실의 당 추출액을 유효성분으로 포함하는 음료 조성물.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서, 헛개나무 잎 및 매실의 당 추출액 20ml에 대하여 정제수가 200ml, 사과농축액이 2ml, 설탕이 5g, 구연산이 0.2g의 조성량 비로 혼합되어 조성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 헛개나무 잎 및 매실의 당 추출액을 유효성분으로 포함하는 음료 조성물.
- 헛개나무 잎과 매실 및 설탕을 중량비로 3 : 7 : 10로 혼합하고 상온에서 30일간 침출한 후 여과하여 헛개나무 잎 및 매실의 당 추출액을 제조하는 제1단계;
제1단계에서 얻어진 헛개나무 잎 및 매실의 당 추출액에 대하여 정제수, 사과농축액, 설탕, 구연산을 혼합하여 조성물을 제조함에 있어서 그 혼합 조성비로서 헛개나무 잎 및 매실의 당 추출액 20ml에 대하여 정제수가 200ml, 사과농축액이 2ml, 설탕이 5g, 구연산이 0.2g의 조성량의 비로 혼합하는 제2단계;
제2단계로부터 얻어진 헛개나무 잎 및 매실로부터 추출한 당 추출액을 유효성분으로 포함하는 조성물을 살균 및 포장하는 제3단계로 이루어진 헛개나무 잎 및 매실로부터 추출한 당 추출액을 유효성분으로 포함하는 음료 조성물의 제조방법.
