Abstract
Description
도 2는 본 발명의 일 실시예들에 따라 제조된 지르코늄이 도핑된 세륨산화물의 SEM 이미지들이다.
도 3은 본 발명의 일 실시예들에 따라 제조된 지르코늄이 도핑된 세륨산화물의 TEM 이미지들 및 실시예2에서 얻어진 지르코늄이 도핑된 세륨산화물(Z2)의 SAD(Selected area diffraction)이미지이다.
도 4는 본 발명의 일 실시예들에 따라 제조된 지르코늄이 도핑된 세륨산화물의 XPS spectra로서, 각각 Ce 3d, O 1s 및 Zr 3d의 XPS spectra이다.

Claims (14)
- 하기 화학식1로 표시되는 지르코늄이 도핑되며, 육방 형석 구조 결정을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 세륨산화물.

- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 산화물의 입자 크기는 5 - 20 nm인 것을 특징으로 하는 지르코늄이 도핑된 세륨산화물.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 3 항 중 지르코늄이 도핑되며, 육방 형석 구조 결정을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 세륨산화물 제조방법으로서,
질산화세륨, 질산화지르콘, 물 및 가연성액체를 혼합하여 반응용액을 준비하는 반응용액준비단계;
상기 반응용액을 연소시키는 연소단계; 및
상기 연소단계 후에 남은 입자를 회수하는 회수단계;를 포함하는 지르코늄이 도핑된 세륨산화물 제조방법.

- 제 4 항에 있어서,
상기 반응용액에서 질산화세륨 및 질산화지르콘과 가연성액체의 농도비는 하기 수식1에 의해 결정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 지르코늄이 도핑된 세륨산화물 제조방법.

농도비= Cc+Cz/Cf
Cc: 질산화세륨의 원자가 절대값 × 세륨의 몰비
Cz:(질산화지르콘의 원자가 절대값 × 지르코늄의 몰비
Cf : 가연성액체의 원자가 절대값
- 제 4 항에 있어서,
상기 연소단계는 250 내지 350℃의 온도에서 상기 반응용액을 완전히 연소시킴으로써 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 지르코늄이 도핑된 세륨산화물 제조방법.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,
상기 가연성액체는 Glycine[C2H5O2N], Urea[CO(NH2)2], Citric acid[C6H8O7], Sucrose[ C12H22O11], Ammonium nitrate[NH4NO3], Polyvinyl alcohol[(C2H4O)n], Hexamine[C6H12N4], Oxalyl dihydrazide[ODH : C2H6O2N4], Malonic acid dihydrazide [MDH: C3H8N4O2]로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 어느 하나 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 지르코늄이 도핑된 세륨산화물 제조방법.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,
상기 회수단계에서 회수되는 남은 입자의 크기는 5 - 20 nm인 것을 특징으로 하는 지르코늄이 도핑된 세륨산화물 제조방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 3 항의 지르코늄이 도핑되며, 육방 형석 구조 결정을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 세륨산화물을 촉매로 포함하는 금속공기 2차전지용 공기전극.
- 제 10 항에 있어서,
상기 금속은 Zn, Al, Mg, Fe, Li으로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속공기 2차전지용 공기전극.
- 제 10 항에 있어서,
상기 공기전극은 탄소: 지르코늄이 도핑된 세륨산화물 : 바인더를 75 내지 85: 5 내지 20 : 잔량의 중량비로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속공기 2차전지용 공기전극.
- 제 10 항의 공기전극을 포함하는 금속공기 2차전지.
- 제 13 항에 있어서,
상기 2차 전지는 금속전극은 Li이고, 비수용계 전해질을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속공기 2차전지.
