Claims (9)
- 케이스;
상기 케이스 내에 설치되는 고정스크롤;
상기 고정스크롤과 맞물려 압축실을 형성하는 선회랩과, 상기 선회랩의 일측에 구비되는 랩 플랜지를 갖는 랩부;
상기 랩부와 결합되어 그 랩부를 상기 고정스크롤 측으로 이동 가능하게 지지하는 베이스부;
상기 베이스부의 배면에 결합되어 상기 베이스부와 랩부를 편심회전시키는 구동 모터; 및
상기 베이스부를 축방향으로 지지하며, 상기 케이스 내에 설치되는 메인프레임;을 포함하며,
상기 랩부와 베이스부 중에서 어느 한 쪽에는 복수 개의 안내핀이 축방향으로 형성되고, 다른 쪽에는 상기 안내핀이 축방향으로 미끄러지게 삽입되도록 안내홀이 형성되며,
상기 랩부와 베이스부 사이에 상기 압축실과 연통되는 배압실이 형성되고, 상기 랩 플랜지에는 상기 배압실과 압축실을 연통시키는 배압홀이 관통 형성되며,
상기 선회랩의 토출개시각을 α라 할 때, 상기 배압홀은 상기 선회랩 상에서 α 보다 크고 α+180°보다 작은 위상각을 갖는 지점에 위치하도록 형성되는 스크롤 압축기. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 안내핀은 그 외주면이 곡면지게 형성되고, 상기 안내홀은 상기 안내핀에 대응되도록 형성되는 스크롤 압축기. - 삭제
