Claims (7)
- 연료원을 물과 반응시켜서 수소가스를 생성해내는 리포머;상기 리포머를 수소 생성 반응에 적합한 온도로 가열하는 버너;상기 리포머에서의 수소 생성 반응 중 생성된 일산화탄소를 제거하는 CO 제거기;상기 물과 상기 버너로부터의 배기가스 사이의 열교환으로 상기 리포머로 공급되는 상기 물을 예열하는 제1 열교환기; 및상기 제1 열교환기로부터의 물과 상기 리포머로부터의 수소 개스를 열교환으로 상기 제1 열교환기로부터의 물을 예열하며 상기 CO 제거기를 냉각시키는 제2 열교환기를 포함하며,상기 제2 열교환기의 내주는 상기 제1 열교환기의 외주를 감싸며, 상기 CO 제거기는 상기 제2 열교환기의 외주를 둘러싸는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료전지의 연료처리장치.

- 제1항에 있어서,상기 CO 제거기 안에 CO 제거반응을 촉진하기 위한 촉매가 설치된 것을 특징 으로 하는 연료전지의 연료처리장치.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 CO 제거반응은 CO를 산소와 반응시키는 선택산화반응 및 수소와 반응시키는 메탄화반응이 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료전지의 연료처리장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 리포머에 들어가는 물과 연료원에 포함된 카본의 부피비(수증기/카본)는 2.0~15.0이고, 상기 CO 제거기에 들어가는 공기 중 산소와 수소가스 중 CO의 부피비(O2/CO)는 0.5~2.0이 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료전지의 연료처리장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 연료원이 상기 리포머에 들어가기 전에 황성분을 제거하기 위한 탈황기 및, 상기 CO 제거기 앞에서 상기 리포머의 수소가스에 포함된 CO를 이산화탄소로 변환하여 감소시키는 CO 쉬프트기가 더 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 연료전지의 연료처리장치.
