Description
Claims (12)
- 수소화 니트릴 고무 (HNBR) 및 충전제를 포함하며, 충전제가 250 내지 500 phr(고무 백분율(part per hundred rubber))의 양으로 존재하며, 수소화 니트릴 고무가 55 (ML(1+4)@100℃) 미만의 무니(Mooney) 점도를 가지는 것인, 엘라스토머 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 수소화 니트릴 고무가 30 (ML(1+4)@100℃) 미만의 무니 점도를 가지는 것인 조성물.
- 제2항에 있어서, 수소화 니트릴 고무가 10 (ML(1+4)@100℃) 미만의 무니 점도를 가지는 것인 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 충전제가 카본 블랙인 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 충전제가 실리카, 실리케이트, 활석, 및 이들의 블렌드로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택되는 무기 충전제인 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 충전제가 250 내지 350 phr 범위의 양으로 존재하는 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 수소화 니트릴 고무가 카르복실화된 것인 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 수소화 니트릴 고무가 39 중량%를 초과하는 아크릴로니트릴 함량 (ACN)을 가지는 것인 조성물.
- 제8항에 있어서, 수소화 니트릴 고무가 43 중량%를 초과하는 아크릴로니트릴 함량 (ACN)을 가지는 것인 조성물.
- 제8항에 있어서, 수소화 니트릴 고무가 완전히 포화되며, 1 % 미만의 잔류 이중 결합을 함유하는 것인 조성물.
- 탁월한 가공성, 및 유체 및 연료에 대한 내열성을 가지는, 제1항에 따른 조성물을 포함하는 물품.
