Abstract
일반식 (1)로 나타내는 화학 구조식으로 이루어지는 전기 화학 디바이스용 전해질을 제공한다.
단, M은, 주기율표의 13족 또는 15족 원소, A+는, 알칼리 금속 이온 또는 오늄 이온, m은, M이, 13족인 경우에는 1∼4, 15족인 경우에는 1∼6, n은, M이, 13족인 경우에는 0∼3, 15족인 경우에는 0∼5, R은, 할로겐, C1∼C10의 할로겐화 알킬, C6∼C20의 아릴, 또는 C6∼C20의 할로겐화 아릴, 혹은, 이들 구조 중의, 수소 대신에, 할로겐, 사슬형 또는 고리형의 알킬기, 아릴기, 알케닐기, 알콕시기, 아릴옥시기, 술포닐기, 아미노기, 시아노기, 카르보닐기, 아실기, 아미드기, 또는 수산기, 혹은, 탄소 대신에, 질소, 유황, 또는 산소가 도입된 구조여도 되고, n개 있는 R은 각각 독립적으로, 다른 종류의 것이어도 되고 동일한 것이어도 되는 것을 나타낸다.

Claims (11)
- 일반식 (1)로 나타내는 화학 구조식으로 이루어지는 전기 화학 디바이스용 전해질.
단, M은, 주기율표의 13족 또는 15족 원소,
A+는, 알칼리 금속 이온 또는 오늄 이온,
m은, M이, 13족인 경우에는 1∼4, 15족인 경우에는 1∼6,
n은, M이, 13족인 경우에는 0∼3, 15족인 경우에는 0∼5,
R은, 할로겐, C1∼C10의 할로겐화 알킬, C6∼C20의 아릴, 또는 C6∼C20의 할로겐화 아릴, 혹은, 이들 구조 중의, 수소 대신에, 할로겐, 사슬형 또는 고리형의 알킬기, 아릴기, 알케닐기, 알콕시기, 아릴옥시기, 술포닐기, 아미노기, 시아노기, 카르보닐기, 아실기, 아미드기, 또는 수산기, 혹은, 탄소 대신에, 질소, 유황, 또는 산소가 도입된 구조여도 되고, n개 있는 R은 각각 독립적으로, 다른 종류의 것이어도 되고 동일한 것이어도 되는 것을 나타낸다. - 제1항에 있어서,
M이, B 또는 P 중 어느 하나인, 전기 화학 디바이스용 전해질. - 제1항에 있어서,
A+가, Li 이온, Na 이온, K 이온, 또는 4급 알킬암모늄 이온으로 이루어지는 군에서 선택된 어느 하나의 카티온인, 전기 화학 디바이스용 전해질. - 제1항에 있어서,
R이, 불소, 페닐기, 또는 펜타플루오로페닐기의 관능기인, 전기 화학 디바이스용 전해질. - 제1항에 있어서,
일반식 (1)의 아니온 부분이, [BF3(PO2F2)]-, [BF2(PO2F2)2]-, [BF(PO2F2)3]-, [B(PO2F2)4]-, [PF5(PO2F2)]-, [PF4(PO2F2)2]-, [PF3(PO2F2)3]-, [PF2(PO2F2)4]-, [PF(PO2F2)5]-, [P(PO2F2)6]-, [B(C6H5)3(PO2F2)]-, [B(C6F5)3(PO2F2)]-로 이루어지는 군에서 선택된 어느 하나의 화합물인, 전기 화학 디바이스용 전해질. - 비수 유기 용매에, 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 전기 화학 디바이스용 전해질을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 비수 전해액 전지용 전해액.
- 비수 유기 용매와 용질로 이루어지는 비수 전지용 전해액에 있어서, 첨가제로서 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 전기 화학 디바이스용 전해질을 함유하는, 비수 전해액 전지용 전해액.
- 제6항에 있어서,
비수 유기 용매가, 에틸렌카보네이트, 프로필렌카보네이트, 디에틸카보네이트, 디메틸카보네이트, 또는 에틸메틸카보네이트인, 비수 전해액 전지용 전해액. - 제7항에 있어서,
상기 전기 화학 디바이스용 전해질의 첨가 농도가, 비수 전해액 전지용 전해액에 대하여 0.01∼10.0 질량%의 범위인, 비수 전해액 전지용 전해액. - 제7항에 있어서,
용질이, LiPF6, LiBF4, (CF3SO2)2NLi, 또는 (C2F5SO2)2NLi인, 비수 전해액 전지용 전해액. - 적어도 정극(正極)과, 리튬 또는 리튬의 흡장 방출이 가능한 부극(負極) 재료로 이루어지는 부극과, 전해액을 구비한 비수 전해액 전지에 있어서, 전해액에 제6항에 기재된 비수 전해액 전지용 전해액을 포함하는, 비수 전해액 전지.
