Claims (11)
- 발포를 위한 기포제, 수성막 형성을 위한 불소계 계면활성제 및 첨가제를 포함하는 수성막포소화약제 조성물에 있어서,
상기 기포제는 알킬기의 탄소수가 8 내지 16 범위내인 알킬베타인 및 이미다졸리니움베타인 계면활성제 중 적어도 하나 이상이 선택되어 포함되고;
상기 불소계 계면활성제는 탄화불소기의 탄소수가 1 내지 5인 불소계 계면활성제이고;
상기 첨가제는 발포 보조제가 포함되고, 상기 발포 보조제로는 음이온계면활성제, 알킬폴리글루코사이드 및 알킬모노글루코사이드, 알카놀아마이드 중 적어도 하나 이상이 선택되어 포함되는 수성막포소화약제 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 기포제의 함량은 전체 조성물 대비 3중량% 내지 20중량% 포함되는 수성막포소화약제 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 첨가제의 함량은 전체 조성물 대비 3중량% 내지 20중량% 범위내인 수성막포소화약제 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 알킬폴리글루코사이드 및 알킬모노글루코사이드의 알킬은 탄소수 6 내지 16 범위내이며, 상기 알킬폴리글루코사이드는 중합도가 1.2 내지 1.7인 수성막포소화약제 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 음이온계면활성제로는 유산에스테르염, 카르본산염, 설폰산염, 인산에스테르염, 아미노산에스테르염, 및 구연산에스테르염으로 이루어진 군에서 적어도 하나 이상 선택되는 수성막포소화약제 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 첨가제로는 발포 향상제가 포함되고, 상기 발포 향상제로는 헥실렌글리콜, 트리에틸렌글리콜모노부틸에테르, 디에틸렌글리콜모노메틸에테르, 디에틸렌글리콜모노에틸에테르, 디에틸렌글리콜모노부틸에테르, 프로필렌글리콜모노메틸에테르,디프로필렌글리콜모노메틸에테르 중에서 하나 이상 선택되고, 전체 조성물 대비 5중량% 내지 25중량% 포함되는 수성막포소화약제 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 첨가제로는 빙점 강하제가 포함되고, 상기 빙점 강하제로는 에틸렌 글리콜, 프로필렌글리콜 중에서 하나 이상 선택되는 수성막포소화약제 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,
탄화불소기의 탄소수가 6을 초과하는 불소계 계면활성제, 및 노닐페놀계 계면활성제가 포함되지 않은 수성막포소화약제 조성물.
- 알킬기의 탄소수가 8 내지 16 범위내인 알킬베타인 및 이미다졸리니움베타인 계면활성제 중 적어도 하나 이상이 선택되어 포함되는 기포제 3중량% 내지 20 중량%, 하기 화학식 1로 표현되는 불소계 계면활성제 1중량% 내지 10중량%, 음이온계면활성제, 알킬폴리글루코사이드 및 알킬모노글루코사이드, 알카놀아마이드 중 적어도 하나 이상이 선택되는 발포 보조제 3중량% 내지 20중량%, 헥실렌글리콜, 트리에틸렌글리콜모노부틸에테르, 디에틸렌글리콜모노메틸에테르, 디에틸렌글리콜모노에틸에테르, 디에틸렌글리콜모노부틸에테르, 프로필렌글리콜모노메틸에테르, 디프로필렌글리콜모노메틸에테르 중에서 하나 이상 선택되는 발포 향상제 5중량% 내지 25중량%, 빙점 강하제 0 내지 25중량% 포함되는 수성막포소화약제 조성물.

(상기 식에서, n은 0 내지 4의 정수이며, m은 0 내지 10의 정수이며, R1은 3차 아민기가 존재하는 탄소수 1 내지 10의 지방족 탄화수소기로서, 카르본산염이 존재하거나 존재하지 않으며, R2은 수소이거나, 설폰산염, 황산염, 카르본산염 중 적어도 하나 이상이 존재하는 탄소수 1 내지 10의 지방족 탄화수소기이다.)
