Claims (9)
- 제1 기판과;
상기 제1 기판 위의 제1 절연층과; 상기 제1 절연층의 표면은 요철 형상을 가지고,
상기 제1 절연층 위의 공통 전극과; 상기 공통 전극은 광반사성이고, 상기 공통 전극의 표면은 상기 요철 형상에 부합하는 형상을 가지고,
상기 공통 전극 위의 제2 절연층과;
상기 제2 절연층 위의 화소 전극과; 상기 화소 전극은 투광성이고,
상기 화소 전극 위의 액정층과; 상기 액정층은 액정 분자를 포함하고,
상기 액정층 위의 제2 기판과;
상기 화소 전극에 전기적으로 접속된 트랜지스터를 포함하고,
상기 액정층은 상기 공통 전극과 상기 화소 전극과의 사이에서 전계를 발생시키는 횡전계 방식에 의해 구동되고,
상기 제1 절연층은 유기 재료를 포함하고,
상기 트랜지스터의 게이트와 상기 공통 전극은 같은 표면 위에 위치하는, 액정 표시장치. - 제1 기판과;
상기 제1 기판 위의 제1 절연층과; 상기 제1 절연층의 표면은 요철 형상을 가지고,
상기 제1 절연층 위의 공통 전극과; 상기 공통 전극은 광반사성이고, 상기 공통 전극의 표면은 상기 요철 형상에 부합하는 형상을 가지고,
상기 공통 전극 위의 평탄화막과;
상기 평탄화막 위의 제2절연층과;
상기 제2 절연층 위의 화소 전극과; 상기 화소 전극은 투광성이고,
상기 화소 전극 위의 액정층과; 상기 액정층은 액정 분자를 포함하고,
상기 액정층 위의 제2 기판과;
상기 화소 전극에 전기적으로 접속된 트랜지스터를 포함하고,
상기 액정층은 상기 공통 전극과 상기 화소 전극과의 사이에서 전계를 발생시키는 횡전계 방식에 의해 구동되고,
상기 제1 절연층은 유기 재료를 포함하고,
상기 트랜지스터의 게이트와 상기 공통 전극은 같은 표면 위에 위치하는, 액정 표시장치. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 화소 전극이 ITO로 형성된, 액정 표시장치. - 삭제

상면에서 본 상기 화소 전극의 형상이 직사각형을 가지는, 액정 표시장치. - 삭제
