Claims (5)
- 안티록 브레이크 모드(ABS 모드)와 트랙션 콘트롤 모드(TCS 모드) 제어가 가능하도록 전자제어장치와, 브레이크 페달(1)의 작동에 따라 제동 유압을 형성하는 마스터실린더(3)와, 마스터실린더(3)의 제동 유압을 전달받아 휠 제동력을 발휘하도록 차량에 마련되는 디스크 및 디스크를 가압하는 한 쌍의 패드를 진퇴시키기 위한 캘리퍼장치를 포함하는 휠브레이크(5)와, 휠브레이크(5)의 상류측과 하류측에 각각 마련되어 제동유압의 흐름을 제어하는 다수의 NO형 솔레노이드밸브(11) 및 NC형 솔레노이드밸브(12)와, 솔레노이드밸브(11,12)의 ABS 모드 제동 시 휠브레이크측으로부터 토출된 유체가 일시 저장되는 저압 어큐뮬레이터(14)와, 저압 어큐뮬레이터(14)에 저장된 유체를 가압하여 휠브레이크측 또는 마스터실린더측으로 토출시키는 펌프(13) 및 모터(15)와, TCS 모드를 위해 마스터실린더(3)로부터 펌프(13)의 인렛측으로 연결되는 오일 흡입유로 상에 마련되는 NC형 셔틀밸브(16)와, 펌프(13)의 아울렛측과 마스터실린더(3) 사이에 마련되는 TC 솔레노이드밸브(17)와, 펌프(13)의 아울렛측과 TC 솔레노이드밸브(17) 사이에 마련되는 잔류마찰력제어유닛(20)을 포함하는 차량용 브레이크 시스템에 있어서,
상기 전자제어장치는 상기 패드를 디스크로부터 후퇴시키기 위해 상기 휠브레이크측의 유체를 상기 잔류마찰력제어유닛(20)으로 이동시키는 차량용 브레이크 시스템. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 잔류마찰력제어유닛(20)은 전자제어밸브(21)와 액츄에이터(22)를 포함하는 차량용 브레이크 시스템. - 제 2항에 있어서,
상기 전자제어장치는 TC 솔레노이드밸브(17)는 폐쇄하고 전자제어밸브(21)는 개방하여 폐회로 구간(L1-1)을 마련하고 상기 휠브레이크측의 NO형 솔레노이드밸브(11)는 개방하고 NC형 솔레노이드밸브(12)는 폐쇄하여 마련된 폐회로 구간(L1-2)과 연통시켜, 상기 폐회로 구간(L1-2)의 유체를 상기 잔류마찰력제어유닛(20)으로 이동시키는 차량용 브레이크 시스템. - 휠브레이크(5)의 상류측과 하류측에 각각 마련되어 제동유압의 흐름을 제어하는 다수의 NO형 솔레노이드밸브(11) 및 NC형 솔레노이드밸브(12)와, 솔레노이드밸브(11,12)의 ABS 모드 제동 시 휠브레이크측으로부터 토출된 유체가 일시 저장되는 저압 어큐뮬레이터(14)와, 저압 어큐뮬레이터(14)에 저장된 유체를 가압하여 휠브레이크측 또는 마스터실린더측으로 토출시키는 펌프(13) 및 모터(15)와, TCS 모드를 위해 펌프(13)의 인렛측으로 연결되는 오일 흡입유로 상에 마련되는 NC형 셔틀밸브(16)와, 펌프(13)의 아울렛측에 마련되는 TC 솔레노이드밸브(17)와, 펌프(13)의 아울렛측과 TC 솔레노이드밸브(17) 사이에 마련되며 전자제어밸브(21)와 액츄에이터(22)를 포함하는 잔류마찰력제어유닛(20)을 포함하되,
상기 TC 솔레노이드밸브(17)는 폐쇄하고 전자제어밸브(21)는 개방하여 형성되는 폐회로 구간(L1-1)과, 상기 휠브레이크측의 NO형 솔레노이드밸브(11)는 개방하고 NC형 솔레노이드밸브(12)는 폐쇄하여 형성되는 폐회로 구간(L1-2)을 연통시키고,
상기 액츄에이터(22)는 상기 폐회로 구간(L1-2)의 유체를 연통된 폐회로 구간(L1-1)을 통해 상기 잔류마찰력제어유닛(20)으로 이동시키는 모듈레이터 블록. - 삭제
