Claims (6)
- 휠브레이크(10)의 상류측에 배치되어 마스터실린더(12)에서 발생된 액압 및 펌프(30)의 아웃렛에서 토출되는 액압이 휠브레이크(10)로 전달되는 것을 제어하는 NO형 솔레노이드밸브(21)와,휠브레이크(10)의 하류측에 배치되어 휠브레이크(10)에서 액압이 빠져나가는 것을 제어하는 NC형 솔레노이드밸브(22)와,상기 마스터실린더(12)와 상기 펌프(30)의 인렛측을 연결하여 TCS 모드 시 상기 마스터실린더측 오일이 상기 펌프측으로 흡입되게 안내하는 오일 흡입유로(70)와,상기 오일 흡입유로(70)를 개폐하기 위한 NC형 셔틀밸브(71)와,상기 NC형 솔레노이드밸브(22)의 출구측 및 오일 흡입유로(70)와 연계되어 ABS 감압모드 시 휠브레이크(10)에서 빠져나오는 액압을 저장한 후 ABS 증압모드 시 이를 상기 펌프(30)의 인렛으로 공급하며 아울러 상기 펌프(30)에서 토출되는 액압이 충전되어 ESP 모드 시 이를 상기 펌프(30)의 인렛으로 공급하기 위한 저중압어큐뮬레이터(40)를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 전자제어식 브레이크 시스템.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,일단은 상기 펌프(30)의 아웃렛측과 연결되고 타단은 상기 저중압어큐뮬레이 터(40)와 연결되는 충전유로(80)와,상기 충전유로(80)를 개폐하도록 마련되는 제1밸브(81)와,상기 충전유로(80)의 제1밸브(81) 하류측에서 분기되어 상기 오일 흡입유로(70)의 NC형 셔틀밸브(71) 하류측과 연결되는 액압 공급유로(90)와,상기 액압 공급유로(90)를 개폐하도록 마련되되 상기 ESP 모드 시 개방되어 상기 저중압어큐뮬레이터(40)에 충전된 액압이 상기 펌프(30)의 인렛으로 공급되게 하는 제2밸브(91)를 더 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 전자제어식 브레이크 시스템.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 제1밸브(81)와 제2밸브(91)는 노말 클로즈형 솔레노이드밸브로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 전자제어식 브레이크 시스템.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 제1밸브(81)는 상기 펌프(30)에서의 토출압이 소정압 이상으로 전달되는 경우에 개방되며 상기 저중압어큐뮬레이터(40)에 충전된 액압의 역류를 방지하는 체크밸브(82)로 이루어 진 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 전자제어식 브레이크 시스템.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 저중압어큐뮬레이터(40)는 액압이 유입되게 형성된 실린더(41)와, 상기 실린더(41)에 내장되어 액압의 출입에 따라 진퇴 운동하는 피스톤(42)과, 상기 피스톤(42)을 탄성 지지하는 탄성부재(43)와, 상기 피스톤(42)이 설정된 스트로크 이상으로 이동하는 것을 감지하는 위치감지센서(44)를 구비하여;액압 충전 모드 시 상기 피스톤(42)이 설정된 스토로크 이상으로 이동하면 상기 펌프(30)의 구동을 중지시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 전자제어식 브레이크 시스템.
- 제 5항에 있어서,상기 펌프(30)의 인렛측과 상기 저중압어큐뮬레이터(40)를 연계시키는 유로(52)에는 ABS 감압모드 시 휠브레이크(10)측에서 빠져나온 액압이 상기 저중압어큐뮬레이터(40)에 소정압 이상으로 유입되면 상기 펌프(30)의 인렛측으로 빠져나가도록 개방되는 체크밸브(53)가 마련되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 전자제어식 브레이크 시스템.
