Abstract
본 발명에 따르면, 일렉트로크로믹을 이용한 스마트 윈도우는 외부환경 변화에 따라 광투과율을 제5단계로 조절할 수 있어 유동적으로 외부환경 변화에 대처하며, 색상을 다양하게 조절가능하여 윈도우의 인테리어 효과를 가지며, 색상변화에 따른 특정파장의 빛을 효과적으로 차단할 수 있고, 외부에서 내부를 투시하는 것을 차단하며, 셋째, 본 발명의 일렉트로크로믹을 이용한 스마트 윈도우는 태양광의 투과와 차광효과를 동시에 줄 수 있어, 조명사용으로 인한 전기에너지를 절감시키며, 온도감지센서에 의해 실내를 적정온도로 유지하는 것이 가능하며, 이로 인해 냉난방비를 절감시키는 효과가 있다.

- 투명한 유리로 마련되는 제1기판;
상기 제1기판과 서로 대향되게 위치하며, 투명한 유리로 마련되는 제2기판;
상기 제2기판의 일측면에 설치되어 실내의 온도를 감지하는 온도감지센서;
제1패턴형상의 투명영역을 가지는 제1일렉트로크로믹층을 포함하는 제1일렉트로크로믹 유닛;
제2패턴형상의 투명영역을 가지는 제2일렉트로크로믹층을 포함하는 제2일렉트로크로믹 유닛;
투명영역을 가지지 않는 제3일렉트로크로믹층을 포함하는 제3일렉트로크로믹 유닛;
상기 제1일렉트로크로믹 유닛, 상기 제2일렉트로크로믹 유닛, 상기 제3일렉트로크로믹 유닛에 독립적으로 각각 연결되어 전압을 인가하는 제어회로를 포함하는 구동부;
상기 구동부에 전원을 공급하는 전원공급부;

상기 제어부는,
상기 온도감지센서를 통해 측정된 온도에 따라 상기 제1일렉트로크로믹 유닛, 상기 제2일렉트로크로믹 유닛, 상기 제3일렉트로크로믹 유닛의 광투과율을 제5단계로 제어하며,
상기 스위치는,
수동제어를 선택시 미리 설정된 시간 동안 상기 제1일렉트로크로믹 유닛, 상기 제2일렉트로크로믹 유닛, 상기 제3일렉트로크로믹 유닛의 발색 또는 착색을 개별적으로 설정하는 시간설정부를 더 포함하며,
상기 투명전극층은 전도성 금속 산화물(TCO: Transparent Conductive Oxide)로 제조되는 도전층으로 마련되며,
상기 제1일렉트로크로믹 유닛과 제2일렉트로크로믹 유닛 사이에 그리고 제2일렉트로크로믹 유닛과 제3일렉트로크로믹 유닛 사이에 배치되는 투명전극층은 공통전극으로 마련되고,
상기 제1기판과 제2기판은 내열성, 강도, 내스크래치성, UV차단을 보완하기 위하여 고분자 소재로 마련되는 박막의 필름형 코팅층을 각각 포함하며,
상기 투명영역은 상기 제1일렉트로크로믹층 또는 제2일렉트로크로믹층 상에서 제1패턴형상 또는 제2패턴형상의 경계부분에 투명박막을 삽입하거나, 제1패턴형상 또는 제2패턴형상에 대응되는 투명한 절연물이 삽입되어 구현되고,
상기 제어부는 상기 제1 내지 제3일렉트로크로믹층의 발색되는 색을 조합하여 유해한 특정 파장의 광을 차단하도록 마련되며,
광투과량 제1단계는 제1일렉트로크로믹 유닛과 제2일렉트로크로믹 유닛과 제3일렉트로크로믹 유닛 모두 전압을 인가시키지 않아 전영역에서 태양광을 투과시키도록 마련되며,
광투과량 제2단계는 제1일렉트로크로믹 유닛만 전압이 인가되고 제2, 3일렉트로크로믹 유닛에는 전압을 인가시키지 않아 제1패턴형상이 가지는 투명영역에서만 태양광을 투과시키도록 마련되고,
광투과량 제3단계는 제2일렉트로크로믹 유닛만 전압이 인가되고 제1, 3일렉트로크로믹 유닛에는 전압을 인가시키지 않아 제2패턴형상이 가지는 투명영역에서만 태양광을 투과시키도록 마련되며,
광투과량 제4단계는 제1, 2일렉트로크로믹 유닛에는 전압이 인가되고 제3일렉트로크로믹 유닛에는 전압을 인가시키지 않아 제1패턴형상과 제2패턴형상의 투명영역이 서로 교차되는 교차영역에서만 태양광을 투과시키도록 마련되고,
광투과량 제5단계는 제3일렉트로크로믹 유닛에 전압을 인가시켜 전영역에서 투양광을 차단시키도록 마련되는 것을 특징으로 하는
