Claims (18)
- 재조합 이합체 생식샘자극호르몬의 제조 과정 동안 상기 재조합 이합체 생식샘자극호르몬의 산화 형 준위를 감소시키기 위한 무혈청 배양 배지로서, 다음으로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 항산화제를 포함하는 무혈청 배양배지:- 농도 1 내지 20mg/L의 L-글루타티온;- 농도 5 내지 15mg/L의 2-메르캡토에탄올;- 농도 200 내지 400mg/L의 L-메티오닌; 및- 농도 10 내지 50mg/L의 아스코르빈산과 농도 5 내지 25mg/L의 (+)-알파-토코페롤의 혼합물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 항산화제가 다음으로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 것을 특징으로 하는 무혈청 배양 배지:- 농도 3mg/L의 L-글루타티온;- 농도 10mg/L의 2-메르캡토에탄올;- 농도 250mg/L의 L-메티오닌; 및- 농도 30mg/L의 아스코르빈산과 농도 14mg/L의 (+)-알파-토코페롤의 혼합물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 배양 배지가 화학적으로 정의된 배지인 것을 특징으로 하는 무혈청 배양 배지.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 배양 배지가 다음으로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 것을 특징으로 하는 무혈청 배양 배지:SFM 90, SFM 90.1, SupMed300, DMEM, DMEM/F12, SFM CHO 3a, CHP PFM, ProCHO 5, EX-CELL, CHO-CD3, CHO Ⅲ PFM, CHO-S-SFM Ⅱ, CHO-DHFR, SFM4CHO, Ultra CHO, HyQ PF CHO, HyQ SFX CHO, HyQ CDM4CHO, IS CHO-CD 및 IS CHO-V.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 이합체 생식샘자극호르몬이 난포자극호르몬 (FSH)인 것을 특징으로 하는 무혈청 배양 배지.
- 제1항 내지 제 5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 재조합 이합체 생식샘자극호르몬이 중국 햄스터 난소 (CHO) 세포에서 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 무혈청 배양 배지.
