Abstract
또한 본 발명은 검은콩 2~4 중량%, 함초소금 0.5~1 중량%를 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 건강 기능성 죽에 관한 것이다.
본 발명은, a) 멥쌀 43~48 중량%, 찹쌀 8~12 중량%, 발아현미 17~20 중량%, 검은콩 2~4 중량%에 대하여 물로 불리는 단계, b) 말린 표고버섯 1~2 중량%에 대하여 끓는 물에 데치는 단계, c) 상기 a) 단계의 재료와 표고버섯을 분쇄하는 단계, d) 상기 c) 단계에서 분쇄한 재료와 표고버섯을 우린 물을 솥에 넣고 가열하는 단계, e) 뽕잎분말 13~16 중량%, 마늘 2~4 중량%, 양파 1~3 중량%를 추가로 첨가하는 단계, f) 함초소금 0.5~1 중량%, 차조기잎 매실엑기스 0.5~2 중량%를 추가로 첨가하는 단계를 포함하는 건강 기능성 죽의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.

Claims (5)
- 멥쌀 43~48 중량%, 찹쌀 8~12 중량%, 발아현미 17~20 중량%, 표고버섯 1~2 중량%, 뽕잎분말 13~16 중량% 및 차조기 매실엑기스 0.5~2 중량%를 포함하는 건강 기능성 죽.
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 건강 기능성 죽은 검은콩 2~4 중량% 및 함초소금 0.5~1 중량%를 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 건강 기능성 죽.
- a) 멥쌀 43~48 중량%, 찹쌀 8~12 중량%, 발아현미 17~20 중량% 및 검은콩 2~4 중량%에 대하여 물로 불리는 단계;
b) 말린 표고버섯 1~2 중량%에 대하여 끓는 물에 데치는 단계;
c) 상기 a) 단계의 재료와 표고버섯을 분쇄하는 단계;
d) 상기 c) 단계에서 분쇄한 재료와 표고버섯을 우린 물을 솥에 넣고 가열하는 단계;
e) 뽕잎분말 13~16 중량%, 마늘 2~4 중량% 및 양파 1~3 중량%를 추가로 첨가하는 단계;
