Abstract
본 발명에 의해 제조된 코어-쉘 구조의 염화비닐계 공중합체 수지는 염화비닐-부틸아크릴레이트 공중합체를 포함하는 것으로서, 연질 제품에 적용시 반드시 필요한 가소제 없이도 가공이 가능한 장점을 지닌 염화비닐-부틸아크릴레이트 공중합 제품을 제공하는 효과가 있다.

Claims (12)
- 코어에 염화비닐-부틸아크릴레이트 중합체를 가지고, 쉘에 폴리염화비닐 구조를 가지며, 전체 공중합체 수지 중량을 기준으로 공중합체 내 부틸아크릴레이트의 함량이 10 내지 50 중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는, 코어-쉘 구조의 염화비닐계 공중합체 수지.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 코어인 염화비닐-부틸아크릴레이트 중합체 85 내지 95 중량% 및 쉘인 폴리염화비닐 5 내지 15 중량%를 포함하는, 코어-쉘 구조의 염화비닐계 공중합체 수지.
- 제 1항에 있어서,
평균입경 50 ~ 250㎛인 구형의 입자이며, 부피 비중이 0.3 내지 0.7 (g/cc)이며, 쇼어 경도가 80 내지 100인 것을 특징으로 하는, 코어-쉘 구조의 염화비닐계 공중합체 수지.
- (a) 염화비닐 단량체 및 부틸아크릴레이트 단량체의 총합 100 중량부에 대해, 현탁제 0.09 내지 0.6 중량부 및 개시제 0.05 내지 0.15 중량부를 혼합하고, 중합온도 40 내지 60℃에서 반응을 개시하는 단계; 및
(b) 상기 염화비닐 단량체 및 부틸아크릴레이트 단량체의 총합 100 중량부에 대해, 부틸아크릴레이트 단량체 5 내지 43 중량부를 3 내지 7 시간 동안 상기 (a)단계의 중합 반응물에 연속 또는 비연속적으로 분할 투입하고 중합온도 45 내지 70℃에서 현탁 중합하는 단계;
를 포함하는, 제1항의 코어-쉘 구조의 염화비닐계 공중합체 수지의 제조방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 현탁제는
검화도 60 내지 80%의 폴리비닐알코올계, 셀룰로오스계 및 이들의 혼합물 중에서 선택된 제1 현탁제; 및
검화도 30 내지 50%의 폴리비닐알코올계, 20 내지 40%로 하이드록실화된 셀룰로오스계 및 이들의 혼합물 중에서 선택된 제2 현탁제;의 혼합물을 포함하는 코어-쉘 구조의 염화비닐계 공중합체 수지의 제조방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 현탁제는
검화도 60 내지 80%의 폴리비닐알코올계, 20 내지 40%로 하이드록실화된 셀룰로오스계 및 이들의 혼합물 중에서 선택된 제1 현탁제를 포함하는 코어-쉘 구조의 염화비닐계 공중합체 수지의 제조방법.
- 제 5항에 있어서, 상기 현탁제는 염화비닐 단량체 및 부틸아크릴레이트의 총합 100 중량부에 대해, 제1 현탁제 0.2 내지 0.39 중량부; 및 제2 현탁제 0.05 내지 0.11 중량부;의 혼합물을 포함하는 코어-쉘 구조의 염화비닐계 공중합체 수지의 제조방법.
- 제 6항에 있어서, 상기 현탁제는 염화비닐 단량체 및 부틸아크릴레이트의 총합 100 중량부에 대해, 제1 현탁제의 0.09 내지 0.6 중량부를 단독으로 포함하는 코어-쉘 구조의 염화비닐계 공중합체 수지의 제조방법.
- 제 4항에 있어서, 상기 개시제는 라우릴 퍼옥사이드, 아세틸 사이클로 헥산올 퍼옥사이드, 2,2,4-트리메틸펜틸-2-퍼옥시 네오테카노에이트, α-큐밀 퍼옥시 네오테카보네이트, 디-부틸퍼올시 디카보네이트, t-부틸하이드록시 퍼옥사이드, 비스(2-에틸헥실)퍼옥시 디카보네이트, 아조 비스이소부티로니트릴 및 아조 비스-2,4-디메틸 발레로니트릴로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 1종 이상을 사용하는, 코어-쉘 구조의 염화비닐계 공중합체 수지의 제조방법.
- 제 9항에 있어서, 상기 개시제는
10hr HLT 60℃ 이하의 저온 개시제; 및
10hr HLT 60℃ 이상의 고온 개시제의 혼합물
을 포함하는, 코어-쉘 구조의 염화비닐계 공중합체 수지의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 따른 코어-쉘 구조의 염화비닐계 공중합체 수지 100 중량%를 포함하는 입자 형태의 수지 제품.
- 제 1항에 따른 코어-쉘 구조의 염화비닐계 공중합체 수지를 가공조제 또는 충격보강제의 첨가제 용도로 사용하는 수지 제품.
