- 비스아세토아세트아릴리드 안료(a), 스티렌-아크릴산계 공중합체(b), 염기성 화합물(c), 습윤제(d) 및 혼련 조제(e)를 함유하는 혼합물을 혼련하여 얻어지는 상온에서 고형의 안료 조성물로서,
상기 혼련 조제(e)는 하기 일반식(1)
((식 중, R1, R2, R3, R4는 각각 독립하여 주쇄의 탄소수가 1∼8의 직쇄 또는 분기의 알킬기를 나타내고, m 및 n은 각각 독립하여 동시에 0이 아닌 0∼20의 정수를 나타낸다)으로 표시되는 화합물로 이루어지는 계면 활성제, 및/또는 하기 일반식(2)
((식 중, R1, R2, R3, R4는 각각 독립하여 주쇄의 탄소수가 1∼8의 직쇄 또는 분기의 알킬기를 나타낸다)으로 표시되는 화합물과,
알킬기의 탄소수가 12∼14의 폴리옥시에틸렌알킬에테르, 및/또는
하기 일반식(3)
(q는 1∼30의 정수를 나타내고, R5는 탄소수가 7∼11의 직쇄 또는 분기의 알킬기를 나타낸다)
으로 표시되는 에테르계 화합물을 함유하는 혼합물로 이루어지는 계면 활성제를 함유하고, 8∼12의 HLB값을 가지고, 상기 혼련 조제(e)와 비스아세토아세트아릴리드 안료(a)의 질량비(e)/(a)가 0.5/100∼7/100이며, 또한 상기 스티렌-아크릴산계 공중합체(b)의 산가가 145∼175인 것을 특징으로 하는 안료 조성물. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 일반식(1)의 R1, R2, R3, R4는 각각 독립하여 주쇄의 탄소수 1∼4의 직쇄 또는 분기의 알킬기이며, m 및 n은 각각 독립하여 동시에 0이 아닌 0∼10의 정수를 나타내는 안료 조성물. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 일반식(1)의 R1 및 R2이 메틸기이며, R3 및 R4가 이소부틸기이며, m 및 n은 각각 독립하여 동시에 0이 아닌 0∼6의 정수를 나타내는 안료 조성물. - 제4항에 있어서,
상기 알킬기의 탄소수가 12∼14의 폴리옥시에틸렌알킬에테르는, 알킬기의 탄소수가 12∼14의 2급 알코올과, 폴리옥시에틸렌의 에테르인 안료 조성물. - 제1항에 있어서,
비스아세토아세트아릴리드 안료(a)가 C.I. 피그먼트 옐로우155인 안료 조성물. - 제1항에 있어서,
스티렌-아크릴산계 공중합체(b)와 비스아세토아세트아릴리드 안료와의 질량비(b)/(a)가 10/100∼40/100이며, 습윤제(d)와 비스아세토아세트아릴리드 안료(a)와의 질량비(d)/(a)가 16/100∼35/100인 안료 조성물. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 상온에서 고형의 안료 조성물은 고형분율이 70∼90질량%인 안료 조성물. - 제1항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 안료 조성물을 수성매체 중에 분산하여 얻어지는 수성 안료 분산액.
- 제11항에 기재된 수성 안료 분산액을 주성분으로서 함유하는 잉크젯 기록용 잉크.
- 비스아세토아세트아릴리드 안료(a), 스티렌-아크릴산계 공중합체(b), 염기성 화합물(c), 습윤제(d), 및 혼련 조제(e)를 함유하는 혼합물을 혼련하고, 상온에서 고형의 안료 조성물을 제조하는 혼련 공정과, 상기 안료 조성물을 수성매체 중에 분산하는 분산 공정을 가지고, 상기 혼련 조제(e)는 하기 일반식(1)

비스아세토아세트아릴리드 안료가 C.I. 피그먼트 옐로우155인 수성 안료 분산액의 제조 방법. - 제13항 또는 제14항에 있어서,
상기 혼련 공정에 있어서의 스티렌-아크릴산계 공중합체(b)와 비스아세토아세트아릴리드 안료(a)와의 질량비(b)/(a)가 10/100∼40/100이며, 습윤제(d)와 비스아세토아세트아릴리드 안료(a)와의 질량비(d)/(a)가 16/100∼35/100인 수성 안료 분산액의 제조 방법. - 제13항 또는 제14항에 있어서,
상기 상온에서 고형의 안료 조성물은 고형분율이 70∼90질량%인 수성 안료 분산액의 제조 방법. - 제13항 또는 제14항에 기재된 수성 안료 분산액의 제조 방법으로 제조된 수성 안료 분산액을 주성분으로서 함유하는 잉크젯 기록용 잉크.
