Claims (10)
- 소방배관, 소화전에 장착되는 대구경 배관을 연결하기 위한 관 연결구에 있어서,
경질로 형성되며, 외주면에는 나사산이 형성되어 유체가 이동하는 상기 배관과 나사결합하는 인서트바디(insert-body); 및
연질로 형성되며, 상기 인서트바디 외주에 마련되되 상기 인서트바디가 삽입되도록 상기 인서트바디가 삽입되는 제1 인서트삽입부와, 상기 제1 인서트삽입부의 너비보다 크게 형성된 제2 인서트삽입부를 포함하는 인서트삽입부와, 상기 인서트삽입부에서 상기 인서트바디의 역(逆) 방향으로 연장 형성되며, 상기 제2 인서트삽입부의 내주면에 마련되어 상기 인서트바디로의 누수를 방지하는 그랩링(Grip ring)을 구비하는 소켓; 을 포함하며,
상기 인서트바디 및 상기 소켓 외주면에 마련되어 상기 인서트바디 및 상기 소켓을 동시에 체결 고정하도록 상기 소켓 끝 단부에 걸림되어 고정되도록 요철형상으로 형성되되, 일 단이 타 단보다 길게 형성되고, 상기 타 단은 상기 그랩링과 인접하게 마련된 고정부재를 더 포함하고,
상기 그랩링은 상기 인서트바디가 상기 소켓 내에서 공전하도록 상기 고정부재의 상기 타 단은, 상기 인서트바디와 상기 소켓의 이격 공간을 메우는 것을 특징으로 하는 관 연결구. - 삭제
