- 200 ㎛ 두께의 폴리우레탄 발포 폼과 90 ㎛의 폴리에스테르 메쉬를 케미칼 본딩하여 미세한 상하관통 통로 구조를 갖는 우레탄 폼시트를 제조하는 단계;
상기 우레탄 폼시트를 80℃, 12중량% 농도의 가성소다 수용액 에칭조에 통과시키고 수세한 후, 60℃, 20중량% 농도의 염산 수용액 하에서 중화시키는 단계;
0.8중량% 농도로 염화팔라듐과 염화주석을 혼합하여 제조한 팔라듐 촉매조에 중화된 우레탄 폼시트를 통과시켜 팔라듐 이온을 원단에 흡착시키고 수세한 후, 18중량%의 황산 활성화조에 침적하고 수세하여 원단에 팔라듐 이온만을 형성시키는 단계;
황산구리 4.0g/ℓ, 가성소다 10g/ℓ, 및 포르말린 6.0g/ℓ를 혼합한 무전해 구리 도금조에 팔라듐 이온이 형성된 우레탄 폼시트를 침적하여 구리 금속을 석출시켜 구리 도금층을 형성하고, 황산니켈 25g/ℓ, 치아인산소다 20g/ℓ, 및 구연산소다 40g/ℓ를 혼합한 무전해 니켈 도금조에 구리 도금층이 형성된 우레탄 폼시트를 침적하여 니켈 도금층을 형성하여 도전성 탄성체층을 제조하는 단계;
이소프로판올 및 에탄올(50: 50의 부피비)을 포함하는 유기용매에 수용성 폴리우레탄 수지를 40중량%의 농도로 희석한 지문방지 및 내식성 코팅층 형성용 조성물을 마이크로 그라비아 코팅 방식으로 상기 도전성 탄성체층 위에 1㎛의 두께로 도포한 후 건조시키는 단계를 포함하여 이루어지는 터치 스크린 패널 보호용 쿠션 시트의 제조방법. - 제7항에 있어서
상기 우레탄 폼시트는 쎄미오픈셀 형태의 내부미세구조 및 Z축 방향의 미세상하관통 통로구조를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 터치 스크린 패널 보호용 쿠션 시트의 제조방법.
- 제7항에 있어서
상기 우레탄 폼시트의 일면에 모바일 윈도우 패널 및 디스플레이 BLU 모듈 구조에 적합하도록 무기재 블랙 도전 점착 테이프를 타발 형상가공하여 합지하는 가공 단계를 포함하는 것을 포함하는 터치 스크린 패널 보호용 쿠션 시트의 제조방법.
- 제7항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 터치 스크린 패널 보호용 쿠션 시트의 제조방법에 의해 제조된 터치 스크린 패널 보호용 쿠션 시트가 적용된 터치 스크린 패널.
- 제7항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 터치 스크린 패널 보호용 쿠션 시트의 제조방법에 의해 제조된 터치 스크린 패널 보호용 쿠션 시트가 적용된 모바일 기기.
- 제7항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 터치 스크린 패널 보호용 쿠션 시트의 제조방법에 의해 제조된 터치 스크린 패널 보호용 쿠션 시트가 적용된 디스플레이 장치.
