Claims (14)
- 감압하에서, 초미립자 제조용 재료를, 불활성 가스를 캐리어 가스로서 이용하여 열플라즈마 화염 중에 도입하여 분산시켜서, 기상상태의 혼합물로 하는 공정과,상기 기상상태의 혼합물을 급냉하는 데 충분한 공급량으로, 반응성 가스로서 탄화수소 가스와, 상기 탄화수소 가스를 제외한 냉각용 가스와의 혼합 가스를, 상기 열플라즈마 화염과 평행한 수직방향의 각도가, 90°초과 180°미만 또는 180°초과 240°미만이고, 또한, 상기 열플라즈마 화염의 수직방향에 대하여 직교하는 면(面)내에서, 상기 열플라즈마 화염의 중심부에 대한 각도가, -90°초과 90°미만을 만족하도록, 상기 열플라즈마 화염의 종단부를 향하여 도입하여, 초미립자를 생성시키는 공정과,상기 생성된 초미립자와 상기 반응성 가스를 접촉시켜서, 표면에 탄화수소 화합물로 이루어진 박막을 피복한 초미립자를 제조하는 공정으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 초미립자의 제조방법.
- 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 탄화수소 가스, 상기 캐리어가스 및 상기 냉각용 가스 중의 적어도 하나의 공급량을 변화시키는 것에 의해, 상기 초미립자의 입자지름을 제어하는 초미립자의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 탄화수소 가스, 상기 캐리어가스 및 상기 냉각용 가스 중의 적어도 하나의 공급량을 변화시키는 것에 의해, 상기 초미립자의 표면에 피복되는 박막의 막두께를 제어하는 초미립자의 제조방법.

- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 초미립자 제조용 재료를 구성하는 성분은, 원자번호 12, 13, 26∼30, 46∼50, 62 및 78∼83의 원소로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종을 포함하는 금속, 합금, 단체 산화물, 복합 산화물, 복산화물, 산화물 고용체, 수산화물, 탄산 화합물, 할로겐 화물, 황화물, 질화물, 탄화물, 수소화물, 금속염 또는 금속 유기화합물인 초미립자의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 냉각용 가스는 불활성 가스인 초미립자의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 탄화수소 가스 및 상기 냉각용 가스 중의 적어도 하나의 공급량을 변화시키는 것에 의해, 상기 초미립자의 입자지름을 제어하는 초미립자의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 탄화수소 가스 및 상기 냉각용 가스 중의 적어도 하나의 공급량을 변화시키는 것에 의해, 상기 초미립자의 표면에 피복 되는 박막의 막두께를 제어하는 초미립자의 제조방법.

- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 탄화수소 가스와 상기 냉각용 가스와의 합계 공급량은, 상기 기상상태의 혼합물을 급냉하기 위해서 형성되는 공간으로 이루어지는 냉각실에 도입되는 가스의 상기 냉각실내에 있어서의 평균유속이, 0.001∼60m/sec가 되는 양인 초미립자의 제조방법.
- 제 11 항에 있어서, 상기 합계 공급량은, 상기 평균유속이 0.01∼10m/sec가 되는 양인 초미립자의 제조방법.

- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 열플라즈마 화염과 평행한 수직방향의 각도가, 100° 초과 180°미만의 범위, 또한 상기 열플라즈마 화염의 수직방향에 대하여 직교하는 면(面)내에서, 상기 열플라즈마 화염의 중심부에 대한 각도가, -45°초과 45° 미만의 범위인 초미립자의 제조방법.
