Description
도 1b는 도 1a의 액체가열장치의 탱크 안의 액체가 대기압 상태에 있을 때의 탱크의 사시도;
도 2a는 도 1a의 액체가열장치의 전개도;
도 2b는 도 1a의 액체가열장치의 조립상태의 사시도;
도 2c는 도 1a의 액체가열장치 중의 격벽과 전극과 저선을 보여주는 사시도;
도 3은 도 1a의 액체가열장치의 전기회로도.
Claims (22)
- 도전 액체와 전극이 들어있고, 상기 전극은 도전 액체에 전류를 공급하도록 연결되어 있고, 상기 전류가 교류전류인 탱크;
상기 탱크에 전해질을 공급하도록 스위칭 가능하게 연결된 전해질 공급원;
상기 도전 액체에서 소비되는 전기에너지의 변수를 결정하기 위한 전기변수 감지스위치; 및
상기 전기변수 감지스위치가 설정값과는 다른 전기변수를 감지할 때 도전 액체에 전해질을 자동으로 첨가하도록 연결된 컨트롤러;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액체가열장치. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 변수가 전류이고, 상기 전기변수 감지스위치가 전류를 감지하며, 전기변수 감지스위치가 전류가 설정값 미만임을 감지하면 컨트롤러가 도전 액체에 전해질을 자동으로 첨가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액체가열장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 교류전류를 공급하기 위한 전원을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액체가열장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 전해질을 탱크에 공급하기 위한 기구를 더 포함하고, 상기 컨트롤러는 전해질을 도전 액체에 자동으로 첨가하도록 상기 기구에 연결된 것을 특징으로 하는 액체가열장치.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 컨트롤러가 상기 기구의 동작을 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액체가열장치.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 기구가 펌프 또는 밸브인 것을 특징으로 하는 액체가열장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 유입액체와 가열된 액체 사용처를 더 포함하고, 상기 도전 액체는 상기 유입액체와 전해질의 혼합물을 포함하며, 상기 탱크가 입구와 출구를 포함하고, 상기 입구는 전극들 사이에 흐르는 전류에 의해 도전 액체를 가열하도록 전극들 사이로 도전 액체를 공급하도록 연결되며, 상기 출구는 가열된 액체를 가열된 액체 사용처에 공급하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액체가열장치.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 가열된 액체 사용처가 식기세척기를 포함하고, 상기 유입액체는 물을 포함하며, 상기 출구는 식기세척기에 연결되어 온수를 공급하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액체가열장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 탱크가 첫번째 구간과 두번째 구간을 갖고, 첫번째 구간에는 제1 전극이 있으며 두번째 구간에는 제2 전극이 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 액체가열장치.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 제1 전극과 제2 전극에 교류전류를 공급하는 별도의 전원이 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 액체가열장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 온도센서와 온도조절기를 더 포함하고, 상기 온도조절기는 온도가 설정값 밑에 있을 때 전극에 전기에너지를 공급하도록 연결된 것을 특징으로 하는 액체가열장치.
- a. 전극이 들어있는 탱크를 제공하는 단계;
b. 상기 전극들 사이에 도전 액체를 유동시키는 단계;
c. 상기 도전 액체의 도전율을 조절하는 시스템을 제공하는 단계;
d. 상기 전극들 사이의 도전 액체에 교류전류를 흐르게하는 단계;
e. 상기 전류를 검출하는 단계; 및
f. 상기 시스템을 이용해 도전 액체의 도전율을 자동으로 조절하여 원하는 전류를 얻는 단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액체가열방법. - 제12항에 있어서, 상기 f 단계에서 전해질을 첨가하여 도전 액체의 도전율을 자동으로 조절하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액체가열방법.
- 제13항에 있어서, 상기 도전 액체가 물을 포함하고, 상기 전해질이 염을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액체가열방법.
- 제14항에 있어서, 전해질을 첨가할 때 상기 염을 함유한 용액을 첨가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액체가열방법.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 f 단계에서 컨트롤러를 이용해 펌프나 밸브의 동작을 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액체가열방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 교류전류를 받기위해 벽면콘센트에 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액체가열장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 전극이 제1 전극과 제2 전극을 포함하고, 상기 액체가열장치가 전류 컨트롤러, 제3 전극 및 제4 전극을 더 포함하며, 상기 전류 컨트롤러는 첫번째 주기에 제1 전극과 제2 전극에 전류를 공급하되 제3 전극과 제4 전극에는 전류를 공급하지 않고 이어진 두번째 주기에 제3 전극과 제4 전극에 전류를 공급하되 제1 전극과 제2 전극에는 전류를 공급하지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는 액체가열장치.
