Abstract
본 발명에 따르면, 대차프레임에 구비되는 브라켓에 차륜을 설치하고 브라켓에 연결되는 조향바를 액티브 서스팬션 장치를 사용하여 조향함에 따라 차량의 속도에 따라 조향바의 강성 조절이 가능해져 차량의 주행시 안정감을 높이는 효과가 있다.

도 2는 본 발명에 따른 고속 저상 독립차륜형 조향장치가 설치된 대차의 전방측 및 후방측 차륜의 조향 상태를 도시한 도면이다.
도 3은 본 발명에 따른 고속 저상 독립차륜형 조향장치가 설치된 대차의 후방측 차륜의 조향 상태를 도시한 도면이다.
도 4는 본 발명에 따른 차륜의 구조를 설명하기 위해 도시한 사시도이다.
도 5는 본 발명에 따른 차륜의 구조를 설명하기 위해 도시한 단면도이다.
도 6은 본 발명에 따른 차륜의 조향 각도를 설명하기 위해 도시한 도면이다.

Claims (6)
- 대차프레임에 조향이 가능하게 구비되며 차륜이 설치되는 브라켓과, 상기 브라켓의 일측에 연결되어 액티브 서스펜션 장치에 의해 강성이 조절되어 상기 브라켓을 조향하는 조향바로 이루어지되,
상기 브라켓은 하부에 저널박스의 상부에 형성되는 제1힌지공에 힌지결합되는 제1힌지축이 형성되고, 상기 브라켓의 상부에는 대차프레임의 하부에 형성되는 제2힌지공에 힌지결합되는 제2힌지축이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 고속 저상 독립차륜형 조향장치.

- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 저널박스와 대차 프레임의 사이에는 1차 현가장치가 더 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 고속 저상 독립차륜형 조향장치.
- 제 3항에 있어서,
상기 1차 현가장치는 강성 스프링이나 유압방식 또는 고무 스프링 중에 어느 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 고속 저상 독립차륜형 조향장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 대차프레임은 차륜을 통해 전달되는 진동이 차체에 전달되는 것을 차단하기 위해 상기 대차프레임과 객차 사이에 2차 현가장치가 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 고속 저상 독립차륜형 조향장치.
- 제 5항에 있어서,
상기 2차 현가장치는 강성 스프링이나 유압방식 또는 고무 스프링 중에 어느 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 고속 저상 독립차륜형 조향장치.
