Description
Claims (15)
- 철도차량용 능동 조향대차에 있어서,대차의 전방 윤축을 조향하는 전방 윤축 슬라이딩 장치와, 대차의 후방 윤축을 조향하는 후방 윤축 슬라이딩 장치로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 철도차량용 능동 조향대차.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 전방 윤축 슬라이딩 장치와 후방 윤축 슬라이딩 장치는 대차프레임의 슬라이딩 룸에 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 철도차량용 능동 조향대차.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 전방 윤축 슬라이딩 장치와 후방 윤축 슬라이딩 장치는, 일측은 차체와 연결 결합되고 타측은 캠과 힌지결합된 커넥팅로드;와, 대차프레임과 힌지결합된 캠;과, 상기 캠의 회전에 의하여 슬라이드 이동하는 종동체;와, 상기 종동체에 의하여 구속되고, 일차현가장치와 일체로 구비된 슬라이더;로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 철도차량용 능동 조향대차.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 전방 윤축 슬리이딩 장치와 후방 윤축 슬라이딩 장치는, 대차의 대각선 방향으로 대칭이 되도록 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 철도차량용 능동 조향대차.
- 제 3항에 있어서,상기 슬라이더의 상부에는 그립이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 철도차량용 능동 조향대차.
- 제 3항에 있어서,상기 종동체는 대차 프레임의 스프링에 의해 탄력지지되어 슬라이더의 그립을 압착하는 것을 특징으로 하는 철도차량용 능동 조향대차.
- 제 5항에 있어서,상기 종동체는 한 쌍으로 구성되어 슬라이드 그립의 좌우측에서 압착하는 것을 특징으로 하는 철도차량용 능동 조향대차.
- 제 3항에 있어서,상기 캠은 타원형인 것을 특징으로 하는 철도차량용 능동 조향대차.
- 제 3항에 있어서,상기 커넥팅로드는 커플러를 통해 차체와 체결된 것을 특징으로 하는 철도차량용 능동 조향대차.
- 제 3항에 있어서,상기 슬라이더는 LM가이드 또는 부쉬 중 어느 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 철도차량용 능동 조향대차.
- 제 1항 내지 제 10항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서,액슬박스와 액슬박스조인트로 힌지결합되어 윤축을 조향시키는 액츄에이터가 더 포함된 것을 특징으로 하는 철도차량용 능동 조향대차.
- 제 1항 내지 제 10항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서,액슬박스와 액슬박스조인트로 힌지결합되어 윤축을 지지하는 가변댐퍼가 더 포함된 것을 특징으로 하는 철도차량용 능동 조향대차.
- 제 12항에 있어서,상기 가변댐퍼는 MR댐퍼, 유압댐퍼 또는 전기-기계댐퍼 중 어느 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 철도차량용 능동 조향대차.
- 제 11항에 있어서,상기 액슬박스조인트는 구형 조인트인 것을 특징으로 하는 철도차량용 능동 조향대차.
- 제 14항에 있어서,상기 구형조인트의 소켓부에는 고무부싱이 삽입된 것을 특징으로 하는 철도차량용 능동 조향대차.
