Claims (5)
- 어레이 기판 및 대향 기판과, 상기 두 기판 사이에 개재된 액정층으로 이루어지며, 상기 액정층의 두께에 따른 전압을 센싱하는 센싱 어레이를 구비한 표시 패널의 터치 위치 검출방법에 있어서,외부의 압력에 의한 상기 액정층의 두께 변화에 대응하는 센싱전압을 센싱하는 단계;상기 센싱전압과 상기 액정층의 초기 두께에 대응하는 초기전압을 비교하여, 변동 전압을 추출하는 단계;상기 변동 전압을 온도에 따라 가변 되는 비교 전압과 비교하여 상기 표시 패널이 터치되었는지 여부를 판단하는 단계; 및상기 표시 패널이 터치된 경우에 센싱된 상기 센싱전압을 이용해 터치 위치 데이터를 검출하는 단계를 포함하고,상기 비교 전압은 상기 표시 패널이 가지는 기본 노이즈와, 상기 온도에 따른 가변 노이즈의 합으로 정의되는 것을 특징으로 하는 터치 위치 검출방법.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 온도는 상기 표시 패널의 온도인 것을 특징으로 하는 터치 위치 검출방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 센싱전압을 센싱하는 단계는상기 액정층의 두께에 따른 아날로그 형태의 원시 센싱전압을 측정하는 단계;상기 원시 센싱전압을 기준전압 만큼 증폭하는 단계; 및증폭된 상기 원시 센싱전압을 샘플링하여, 디지털 형태의 센싱전압으로 변환하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 터치 위치 검출방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 변동 전압을 구하는 단계는상기 센싱전압을 제1 노이즈 필터링하여 신호대 잡음비를 증가시키는 단계;상기 제1 노이즈 필터링을 거친 센싱전압을 상기 초기전압과 비교하여 원시 변동 전압을 출력하는 단계; 및상기 원시 변동 전압을 제2 노이즈 필터링하여 옵셋 노이즈 성분을 제거한 상기 변동 전압을 출력하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 터치 위치 검출방법.
