Description
Claims (9)
- 단위 화소 영역이 반사부와 투과부로 구분되는 반투과형 액정표시장치에 있어서,서로 마주보는 제1 기판 및 제2 기판;상기 제1 기판상의 화소 영역에 형성되는 화소 전극;상기 반사부의 제 1 기판상에 형성된 반사판;상기 제 2 기판상에 형성되는 공통전극;멀티 도메인을 형성하기 위해 상기 화소 전극 및 공통 전극 중 적어도 하나에 형성되는 적어도 하나의 제 1 오픈 패턴; 그리고프린지 필드를 유도하기 위해 상기 화소 전극 및 공통 전극 중 적어도 하나의 반사부에만 형성된 다수개의 제 2 오픈 패턴을 포함하여 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 반투과형 액정표시장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 복수개의 제 2 오픈 패턴의 밀도는 제 1 오픈 패턴의 밀도보다 더 높게 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 반투과형 액정표시장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 제 1 오픈 패턴의 폭은 6~ 10㎛이고, 제 2 오픈 패턴의 폭은 1~ 5㎛임 을 특징으로 하는 반투과형 액정표시장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 제 1 오픈 패턴 및 제 2 오픈 패턴은 슬릿 또는 홀 형태로 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 반투과형 액정표시장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,멀티 도메인을 형성하기 위해 상기 화소 전극 및 공통 전극 중 적어도 하나에 형성되는 돌기를 더 포함함을 특징으로 하는 반투과형 액정표시장치.
- 청구항 6은(는) 설정등록료 납부시 포기되었습니다.제 1 항에 있어서,상기 제1 기판은 박막 트랜지스터 어레이 기판이고, 제 2 기판은 컬러필터 어레이 기판인 것을 특징으로 하는 반투과형 액정표시장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 다수개의 제 2 오픈 패턴이 형성되는 반사부의 화소 전극 또는 공통 전극은, 거미줄 모양으로 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 반투과형 액정표시장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 다수개의 제 2 오픈 패턴이 형성되는 반사부의 화소 전극 또는 공통 전 극은, 가로 또는 세로 방향으로 창살이 배치되는 창틀 모양으로 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 반투과형 액정표시장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 다수개의 제 2 오픈 패턴이 형성되는 반사부의 화소 전극 또는 공통 전극은, 바둑판 모양으로 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 반투과형 액정표시장치.
