Abstract
Description
도 2는 800℃의 순수 CaCO3 그리고 실온에서 2시간 동안 600℃, 700℃ 및 800℃에서 하소된 바이오 재료의 XRD 분석 결과를 나타낸 것이다.
도 3은 하소가 없는 경우에 순수 CaCO3 및 바이오 재료의 XRD 분석 결과를 나타낸 것이다.

Claims (8)
- CaCO3을 포함하는 천연물질을 하소하는 단계; 및
하소된 천연물질을 이용하여 전극을 형성하는 단계를 포함하는 전극의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
CaCO3을 포함하는 천연물질은 달걀 껍질, 조개 껍질, 산호, 방해석, 대리석, 석회석, 빙주석, 선석 및 백악으로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 1종 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 전극의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
하소 온도는 500 내지 900℃인 것을 특징으로 하는 전극의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
전극을 형성하는 단계는
하소된 천연물질 60 내지 98 중량%, 전도성 물질 1 내지 20 중량%, 및 바인더 1 내지 20 중량%를 혼합하여 슬러리를 형성하는 단계; 및
슬러리를 기판 상에 도포한 후 건조하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전극의 제조방법.
- 제4항에 있어서,
기판은 3족 내지 15족에 속하는 금속 원소 중에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전극의 제조방법.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 따라 제조되는 전극.
- 제6항의 전극을 포함하는 전지.
- 제7항에 있어서,
전지는 리튬 이온 전지인 것을 특징으로 하는 전지.
