Abstract
Description
도 2는 종래의 스위칭소자 고장검출장치의 구성도이다.
도 3은 본 발명에 따른 스위칭소자 고장검출장치의 일실시예 구성도이다.
도 4a는 인버터의 스위칭소자가 정상상태인 경우 모터로 입력되는 상전류의 일예시도이고, 도 4b는 인버터의 스위칭소자가 고장상태인 경우 모터로 입력되는 상전류의 일예시도이다.
도 5는 본 발명에 따른 스위칭소자 고장검출방법을 설명하기 위한 일실시예 흐름도이다.

Claims (7)
- 모터의 동기각을 측정하는 각도센서;
소정 레그의 스위칭소자를 통해 상기 모터로 입력되는 상전류를 측정하는 전류센서; 및
상기 각도센서의 동기각 정보를 이용하여, 상기 상전류의 최대값과 최소값을 검출하고, 상기 상전류의 최대값과 최소값으로부터 상기 상전류의 비대칭율을 판단하여, 상기 스위칭소자의 고장을 판단하는 제어부를 포함하는 고장검출장치.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 상전류의 최대값과 최소값을 저장하는 저장부를 더 포함하는 고장검출장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제어부는, 최대값과 최소값의 차이가 소정 레벨보다 실질적으로 작은 경우, 해당 레그의 스위칭소자를 고장으로 결정하는 고장검출장치.
- 모터의 동기각 정보로부터 소정 레그의 스위칭소자를 통해 상기 모터로 입력되는 상전류의 최대값과 최소값을 검출하는 단계;
상기 상전류의 최대값과 최소값을 저장하는 단계; 및
상기 상전류의 최대값 및 최소값으로부터, 상기 상전류의 비대칭율을 판단하여, 상기 레그의 스위칭소자의 고장을 검출하는 단계를 포함하는 고장검출방법.
- 삭제
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 검출하는 단계는,
상기 상전류의 최대값과 최소값의 차이가 소정 레벨보다 실질적으로 작은 경우에는, 상기 레그의 스위칭소자가 고장난 것으로 판단하는 고장검출방법.
