- 암몰드 캐비티(7)를 갖추고 있는 강성인 암몰드부(3);수지(23)를 공급하는 수지 공급 수단(17);탄성적 가변형 재료로 구성되고, 외부 수몰드 면(9)을 구비하며, 액체(12)를 수용하는 내부 체적부(11)를 구비하는 수몰드부(5);상기 수몰드부(5)와 암몰드부(3)가 결합될 때에 상기 암몰드 캐비티(7)와 수몰드 면(9) 사이에 형성되는 몰드 챔버(8);몰드 챔버(8) 내에 진공을 형성하는 진공 형성 수단(27); 및몰드 어셈블리(1)를 진동시키는 진동 수단(53);을 포함하는 몰드 어셈블리(1)를 포함하는, 복합재료 구성요소를 제조하기 위한 제조 시스템에 있어서,암몰드 캐비티의 주변을 주변부(33)가 둘러싸며, 상기 주변부는 내부에 수지(23)가 공급될 수 있는 링 챔버(39)를 포함하고,상기 링 챔버(39) 내부에 주기적으로 펄스 형태의 고압 가스를 공급하는 가압 가스 공급장치(40)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합재료 구성요소를 제조하기 위한 제조 시스템.
- 제19항에 있어서,상기 링 챔버(39)는 상기 수몰드부(5)를 둘러싸고 지지하는 강성인 주변의 링 플랜지(29)에 의해 획정되며, 상기 링 플랜지는 상기 암몰드 캐비티(7)를 둘러싸고 있는 주변부(33)와 체결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합재료 구성요소를 제조하기 위한 제조 시스템.
- 제20항에 있어서,상기 링 플랜지(29)와 상기 주변부(33) 사이에 제공되어 링 챔버(39)에 기밀 밀봉을 형성하는 밀봉 수단, 예컨대 탄성 밀봉 리브(31)(들)인 밀봉 수단을 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합재료 구성요소를 제조하기 위한 제조 시스템.
- 제19항 내지 제21항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,일련의 수지 라인들이 챔버를 따라 분포하고 있는 지점에서 링 챔버(39)에 수지를 공급하는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합재료 구성요소를 제조하기 위한 제조 시스템.
- 제19항 내지 제21항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,하나의 수지 공급 라인이 상기 링 챔버(39)와 나란하게 연장되어 있고, 상기 공급 라인은 링 챔버를 따라 이격 배치되어 상기 링 챔버 내부로 수지를 배출할 수 있는 일련의 배출 라인을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합재료 구성요소를 제조하기 위한 제조 시스템.
- 제19항 내지 제21항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 진공 형성 수단(27)은 진공 펌프(35)와 적어도 하나의 진공 라인(37)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합재료 구성요소를 제조하기 위한 제조 시스템.
- 제24항에 있어서,제1 상기 진공 라인(37b)이 몰드 챔버(8)와 연통하고, 제2 상기 진공 라인(37b)이 링 챔버(39)와 연통하며, 제1 및 제2 진공 라인들에 의해 형성된 진공을 제어하는 밸브(36b)가 구비되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합재료 구성요소를 제조하기 위한 제조 시스템.

- 제19항 내지 제21항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 링 챔버(39) 내에 설치되어 수지 레벨이, 추가로 수지가 공급될 필요가 있는 저점(low point)과 더 이상 수지가 공급될 필요가 없는 고점(high point)에 이르렀는지를 각각 결정하는 하부 수지 센서(41a)와 상부 수지 센서(41b)를 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합재료 구성요소를 제조하기 위한 제조 시스템.
- 제19항 내지 제21항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 암몰드부(3)는 제1 하우징(47) 상의 유동 장치(floating arrangement) 내에 지지되어 제1 압력 챔버(51)를 형성하고, 상기 수몰드부(5)는 재2 하우징(49) 위에 지지되어 제2 압력 챔버(52)를 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합재료 구성요소를 제조하기 위한 제조 시스템.
- 제28항에 있어서,각 압력 챔버(51, 52)를 통해 고온에서 유체를 순환시키는 유체 순환 수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합재료 구성요소를 제조하기 위한 제조 시스템.
- 제29항에 있어서,상기 유체 순환 수단은 고온 또는 저온에서 추가로 유체를 순환시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합재료 구성요소를 제조하기 위한 제조 시스템.
- 제19항 내지 제21항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 탄성적 가변형 몰드부(5)는 외부 표면(9)을 구비하고 있으며, 그 외부 표면 내에는 일련의 채널(6)들이 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합재료 구성요소를 제조하기 위한 제조 시스템.
- 제31항에 있어서,상기 채널(6)들은 상기 외부 표면(9)을 가로지르는 메시 패턴으로 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합재료 구성요소를 제조하기 위한 제조 시스템.
- 제31항에 있어서,상기 탄성적 가변형 몰드부(5)에 충분한 높은 유체 압력이 공급된 때에는 상기 채널(6)들이 평평하게 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합재료 구성요소를 제조하기 위한 제조 시스템.
