Description
(実施の形態1)
図1は、蓄電装置の収容ケース1を示す分解斜視図である。収容ケース1は、ケース本体2と、蓋3とを備える。ケース本体2は、上方に向けて開口する開口部が形成されている。蓋3がケース本体2の開口部を閉塞することで、収容ケース1内にバッテリが収容される収容空間が形成される。蓋3は、樹脂によって形成されていてもよく、金属によって形成してもよい。
図28などを用いて、実施の形態2に係る成形装置20Bについて説明する。図28は、成形装置20Bを用いて成形する成形品としてのケース本体2Bを示す断面図である。
Claims (10)
- 第1金型と、第2金型とを備え、前記第1金型および前記第2金型の間に配置された連続繊維シートを変形させる成形装置であって、
前記第1金型および前記第2金型は互いに対向して配置され、
前記第1金型および前記第2金型の少なくとも一方は、前記第1金型と前記第2金型とが相対的に互いに離れる離間方向と、相対的に互いに近づく近接方向とに移動可能に設けられており、
前記第1金型は、前記第1金型および前記第2金型の間に配置される前記連続繊維シートが配置される配置面を含み、
前記配置面は、主面と、前記主面に接続されており前記主面よりも前記第2金型から離れる方向側に位置する少なくとも1つの退避面とを含み、
前記第2金型は、金型本体と、前記配置面に配置された前記連続繊維シートを前記退避面に押圧すると共に前記金型本体に間隔をあけて設けられた複数の押圧部材と、前記金型本体に設けられると共に前記連続繊維シートを引っ張る引張部材とを含み、
前記第1金型および前記第2金型の間に前記連続繊維シートが配置された状態において、前記押圧部材が前記連続繊維シートの被押圧部分を前記退避面に押圧し、
前記押圧部材が前記連続繊維シートの被押圧部分を前記退避面に押圧すると共に前記金型本体が前記連続繊維シートから離れた状態において、前記引張部材は、前記押圧部材が前記被押圧部分を前記退避面に押圧した後に、前記連続繊維シートのうち前記被押圧部分よりも外周側に位置する部分を引っ張って、前記連続繊維シートを前記主面に密着させる、成形装置。 - 前記配置面に配置された前記連続繊維シートは、前記配置面の外周縁部よりも外側に張り出す外周部分を含み、
前記引張部材は、前記外周部分を引っ張ることで、前記連続繊維シートを前記主面に密着させる、請求項1に記載の成形装置。 - 前記第1金型は、前記配置面の外周縁部に接続されると共に、前記第2金型から離れる方向に延びる周面を含み、
前記引張部材は、前記外周部分を前記近接方向に移動させて前記外周部分を前記周面に沿うように変形させることで、前記連続繊維シートを前記主面に密着させ、
前記引張部材によって前記周面に沿うように変形した前記外周部分の外縁を前記周面に押圧する第3金型をさらに備えた、請求項2に記載の成形装置。 - 前記第1金型と、前記第2金型と、前記第3金型とが互いに近接することで、前記連続繊維シートを内部に収容するキャビティが形成され、
前記キャビティ内に樹脂を供給する供給装置をさらに備えた、請求項3に記載の成形装置。 - 前記配置面は、第1退避面と、前記第1退避面よりも前記配置面の外周縁部側に位置する第2退避面とを含み、
前記第2金型は、第1押圧部材および第2押圧部材を含み、
前記第1押圧部材は、前記連続繊維シートの第1被押圧部分を前記第1退避面に押圧し、前記第2押圧部材は、前記連続繊維シートの第2被押圧部分を前記第2退避面に押圧し、
前記第2押圧部材は、前記第1押圧部材が前記第1被押圧部分を前記第1退避面に押圧した後に、前記第2被押圧部分を前記第2退避面に押圧し、
前記第2押圧部材が前記第2被押圧部分を前記第2退避面に押圧した後に、前記引張部材が、前記連続繊維シートのうち前記第2被押圧部分よりも外周側に位置する部分を引っ張る、請求項1から請求項4のいずれかに記載の成形装置。 - 互いに対向配置された第1金型および第2金型を準備する工程と、
前記第1金型および前記第2金型の間に連続繊維シートを配置する工程と、
前記第1金型および前記第2金型で前記連続繊維シートを加工する工程とを備えた成形品の製造方法であって、
前記第1金型および前記第2金型の少なくとも一方は、前記第1金型および前記第2金型が相対的に互いに離れる離間方向と、相対的に互いに近づく近接方向とに移動可能に設けられており、
前記第1金型は、前記第1金型および前記第2金型の間に配置される前記連続繊維シートが配置される配置面を含み、
前記配置面は、主面と、前記主面に接続されており前記主面よりも前記第2金型から離れる方向側に位置する少なくとも1つの退避面とを含み、
前記第2金型は、金型本体と、前記配置面に配置された前記連続繊維シートを前記退避面に押圧すると共に前記金型本体に間隔をあけて設けられた複数の押圧部材と、前記金型本体に設けられると共に前記連続繊維シートを引っ張る引張部材とを含み、
前記連続繊維シートを加工する工程は、
前記連続繊維シートの被押圧部分を前記退避面に押圧する工程と、
前記押圧部材が前記連続繊維シートの被押圧部分を前記退避面に押圧すると共に前記金型本体が前記連続繊維シートから離れた状態において、前記被押圧部分を前記退避面に押圧した後に、前記連続繊維シートのうち前記被押圧部分よりも外周側に位置する部分を引っ張って、前記連続繊維シートを前記主面に密着させる工程とを含む、成形品の製造方法。 - 前記配置面に配置された前記連続繊維シートは、前記配置面の外周縁部よりも外側に張り出す外周部分を含み、
前記連続繊維シートを前記主面に密着させる工程は、前記外周部分を引っ張ることで、前記連続繊維シートを前記主面に密着させる、請求項6に記載の成形品の製造方法。 - 前記第1金型は、前記配置面の外周縁部に接続されると共に、前記第2金型から離れる方向に延びる周面を含み、
前記連続繊維シートを前記主面に密着させる工程は、前記外周部分を前記近接方向に移動させて前記外周部分を前記周面に沿うように変形させることで、前記連続繊維シートを前記主面に密着させる工程を含み、
第3金型が、前記周面に沿うように変形した前記外周部分の外縁を前記周面に押圧する工程をさらに備える、請求項7に記載の成形品の製造方法。 - 前記第1金型と、前記第2金型と、前記第3金型とが互いに近接することで、前記連続繊維シートを内部に収容するキャビティが形成され、
前記キャビティ内に樹脂を供給する工程をさらに備えた、請求項8に記載の成形品の製造方法。 - 前記配置面は、第1退避面と、前記第1退避面よりも前記配置面の外周縁部側に位置する第2退避面とを含み、
前記被押圧部分を前記退避面に押圧する工程は、
前記連続繊維シートの第1被押圧部分を前記第1退避面に押圧する工程と、
前記連続繊維シートのうち、前記第1被押圧部分よりも外周側に位置する第2被押圧部分を前記第2退避面に押圧する工程と、
を含み、
前記連続繊維シートを前記主面に密着させる工程は、前記第1被押圧部分を前記第1退避面に押圧させた後に、前記第2被押圧部分を引っ張る工程を含む、請求項6から請求項9のいずれかに記載の成形品の製造方法。
