Claims (5)
- 삭제
- 가솔린직접분사엔진으로부터 발생되는 배기가스를 배출하는 배기파이프;상기 배기파이프와 연결되어 배기가스 중의 질소산화물을 포집하기 위한 질소산화물 제거촉매;상기 질소산화물제거촉매와 연결되어 배기가스를 대기중으로 배출하는 테일파이프 및 메인컨트롤러가 포함되는 가솔린직접분사엔진의 배기가스 내의 입자상물질 제거시스템에 있어서,상기 배기파이프에는 배기가스 중의 입자상물질을 제거하기 위하여 삼원촉매코팅된 메탈필터부재;상기 메탈필터부재와 상기 질소산화물제거촉매 사이에 연결되어 배기가스를 배기되도록 하는 촉매파이프;상기 메탈필터부재와 상기 질소산화물제거촉매 사이에는 산소농도를 센싱하여 메인컨트롤러에 신호전송하도록 구비되는 필터후단산소센서를 포함하되,상기 배기파이프에는 압축된 공기가 공급되도록 하는 공기분사인젝터, 배기가스의 압력을 센싱하여 상기 메인컨트롤러로 전송하는 필터전단압력센서가 구비되고,상기 메인컨트롤러의 제어에 의하여 상기 공기분사인젝터로 압축된 공기를 공급하는 공기압축탱크가 더 구비되며,상기 촉매파이프에는 배기가스의 압력을 센싱하여 상기 메인컨트롤러로 전송하는 필터후단압력센서가 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 가솔린직접분사엔진의 배기가스 내의 입자상물질 제거시스템.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 배기파이프에는 상기 가솔린직접분사엔진으로부터 배기되는 배기가스 내의 산소농도를 센싱하여 메인컨트롤러로 전송하는 필터전단산소센서, 배기가스의 온도를 센싱하여 메인컨트롤러로 전송하는 필터전단온도센서가 구비되고,상기 촉매파이프에는 배기가스의 산소농도를 센싱하여 메인컨트롤러로 전송하는 필터후단산소센서, 배기가스의 온도를 센싱하여 메인컨트롤러로 전송하는 필터후단온도센서가 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 가솔린직접분사엔진의 배기가스 내의 입자상물질 제거시스템.
- 제 2항 또는 제 3항 중 어느 한 항의 입자상물질 제거시스템이 구비되어, 상기 가솔린직접분사엔진에서 배출되는 배기가스에 대하여, 필터전단압력센서와 상기 필터후단압력센서로부터 배기가스의 압력을 센싱된 압력신호가 메인컨트롤러에 입력되는 배기가스 압력센싱단계;상기 필터후단압력센서에서 측정된 압력에 대하여 상기 필터전단압력센서에서 측정된 압력을 비교판별하는 배기압력비교단계;상기 배기압력비교단계에 의하여 필터전단압력센서에서 센싱된 압력이 크면 공기분사인젝터를 통하여 압축공기를 분사하여 메탈필터부재로 공기를 공급하는 압축공기분사단계가 포함되어 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 가솔린직접분사엔진의 배기가스 내의 입자상물질 제거시스템 제어방법.
- 제 4항에 있어서,상기 필터전단산소센서로부터 배기가스 중의 산소농도를 센싱한 산소농도데이터신호가 메인컨트롤러에 입력되는 산소농도센싱단계;상기 필터전단산소센서에서 측정된 산소농도가 5 ~ 7 % 이하인가를 판별하는 산소농도판별단계;상기 필터전단온도센서로부터 배기가스의 온도를 센싱한 온도데이터신호가 메인컨트롤러에 입력되는 온도센싱단계;상기 필터전단온도센서에서 측정된 온도가 600℃ 이상인가를 판별하는 온도판별단계가 더 포함되어 구성되고,상기 압축공기분사단계는 상기 산소농도판별단계에서 산소농도가 5 ~ 7% 이하로 판별되거나 또는 온도판별단계에서 배기가스의 온도가 600℃ 이상으로 판별되면 공기분사인젝터를 통하여 압축공기가 배기파이프 내로 분사되도록 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 가솔린직접분사엔진의 배기가스 내의 입자상물질 제거시스템 제어방법.
