Claims (2)
- 실린더(1)의 내부에 작동체로써 피스톤(2)이 구비되고, 피스톤(2)의 중앙부에 실린더(1) 외부의 피동체와 연결되는 피스톤 로드(3)(3a)가 실린더(1)의 상,하부측 중앙부를 관통하며, 상기 실린더(1)의 상부 및 하부에 각각 에어포트A(1a) 및 에어포트B(1b)가 형성되고, 상기 피스톤(2)의 외주연에 실린더(1) 내벽과의 밀봉을 위해 고무재질의 피스톤 패킹(2a)이 장착됨에 있어서,
상기 실린더(1)의 내부 공간 상.하부측에, 피스톤(2)의 상.하면과 접하는 피스톤 상부기밀링(4)이 장착되고, 피스톤 로드(3)(3a)가 관통하는 실린더(1)의 상.하부측 중간 내측면에 피스톤 로드(3)(3a)의 외주연과 접하는 피스톤로드 패킹(6)이 장착되며, 실린더(1)의 상.하면에 실린더(1)의 외측 공간과 접하는 실린더 상부기밀링(8)이 장착되고, 실린더(1)의 외부에 위치한 피스톤 로드(3)(3a)에는 후진시 상기 실린더 상부기밀링(8)에 하면이 접하는 고무재질의 기밀캡(7)이 피스톤 로드(3)(3a)에 고정된 것을 특징으로 한 에어실린더의 이중 밀봉구조.
