Claims (36)
- 유리 시트 위에 침착되는 하나 이상의 다층 코팅을 함유하는 강화(toughening) 또는 굽힘(bending)과 같은 열 처리를 받기에 적합한 글레이징(glazing)으로서,상기 다층 코팅이 유리 시트에서부터 순서대로a) 화학식 ZnSnOx로 표시되는 12% 이상의 주석을 함유하는 아연-주석 혼합 산화물로 구성된 20-45nm 두께의 층을 1층 이상 함유하는 제1 유전체,b) 9-11nm 두께의 제1 은계 적외선 반사층,c) 제1 차단층d) 화학식 ZnSnOx로 표시되는 아연-주석 혼합 산화물로 구성된 70-85nm 두께의 층을 1층 이상 함유하는 제2 유전체,e) 13-15nm 두께의 제2 은계 적외선 반사층,g) 화학식 ZnSnOx로 표시되는 12% 이상의 주석을 함유하는 아연-주석 혼합 산화물로 구성된 20-40nm 두께의 층을 1층 이상 함유하는 제3 유전체,h) Ti, Zr, Hf, V, Nb, Ta, Cr, 또는 이들 금속의 합금의 질화물(nitride) 또는 산소질화물(oxynitride); 또는Ti, Zr, Hf, V, Nb, Ta, 및 Cr 중 하나 이상의 금속과 Al, 또는 B, 또는 Al 및 B와의 합금의 질화물 또는 산소질화물을 포함하는 2-6nm 두께의 상부 보호층을 최소한 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 글레이징.

- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 제2 유전체가 아연-주석 혼합 산화물로 구성된 층을 하나 이상 함유하는 것이 특징인 글레이징.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 제1, 제2 또는 제3 유전체 중 적어도 하나는 서로 다른 조성을 갖는 2 이상의 아연-주석 혼합 산화물층을 함유하고, 층의 순서에서 아연이 가장 풍부한 층이 이 층 다음에 오는 은계 적외선 반사층에 가장 가깝게 침착되는 것이 특징인 글레이징.

- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 차단층이 하나 이상의 적외선 반사층 위에, 이 반사층과 층의 순서에서 이 층 다음에 오는 유전체 사이에 배치되거나;차단층 또는 적어도 하나의 차단층이 금속 또는 금속 화합물의 제1 박막을 함유하고, 제1 박막과 상이한 금속 화합물의 제2 박막에 의해 피막되어 있으며, 이 두 박막은 적외선 반사층과 층 순서에서 후속되는 유전체 사이에 배치되는 것이 특징인 글레이징.

- 제17항에 있어서, 다층 코팅이 유리에서부터 본질적으로 다음과 같은 구조를 보유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 글레이징:Sn 40% 초과, Zn 30% 초과인 아연-주석 혼합 산화물 29-37nm / Zn 80% 초과, Sn 2% 초과인 아연-주석 혼합 산화물 5-13nm / Ag 9-11nm / NiCr 0.5-2nm / TiO2 2-6nm / Sn 40% 초과, Zn 30% 초과인 아연-주석 혼합 산화물 65-80nm / Zn 80% 초과, Sn 2% 초과인 아연-주석 혼합 산화물 8-15nm / Ag 13-15nm / NrCr 0.5-2nm / TiO2 2-6nm / Zn 80% 초과, Sn 2% 초과인 아연-주석 혼합 산화물 5-13nm / Sn 40% 초과, Zn 30% 초과인 아연-주석 혼합 산화물 15-30nm / TiN 2-6nm.

- 제20항에 있어서, 다층 코팅이 두께가 4mm인 투명 소다 석회 플로트 유리 시트 위에 침착될 때, 글레이징이 광투과율 LT가 발광체 D65/2°를 기준으로 73% 이상이고, 외광반사율 LR이 동일한 발광체 기준으로 12% 미만이며, 태양 계수 SF가 표준 ISO 9050(2003)에 따라 유리면에서 측정했을 때 50% 미만이게 하는 것임을 특징으로 하는 글레이징.
- 제20항에 있어서, 다층 코팅이 두께가 4mm인 투명 소다 석회 플로트 유리 시트 위에 침착될 때, 글레이징이 유리면에서 반사 시 조사된 색조가 발광체 D65/10°을 기준으로, 28 내지 37 범위의 L* 값, -2 내지 +2 범위의 a* 값, -2 내지 -10 범위의 b* 값을 나타내게 하는 것임을 특징으로 하는 글레이징.
- 제20항, 제22항 및 제23항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 다층 코팅이 두께가 4mm인 투명 소다 석회 플로트 유리 시트 위에 침착될 때, 글레이징이 발광체 D65/2°를 기준으로 투과 시 조사된 색조가 마이너스 값의 a* 및 +5 미만의 b* 값을 나타내게 하는 것임을 특징으로 하는 글레이징.
- 제20항, 제22항 및 제23항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 글레이징의 방사율 ε는 0.03 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 글레이징.
- 제20항, 제22항 및 제23항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 다층 코팅이 유리에서부터 다음과 같은 구조를 보유하는 것이 특징인 글레이징:ZnSnOx 20-45nm / Ag 9-11nm / 제1 차단층 / ZnSnOx 70-85nm / Ag 13-15nm / 제2 차단층 / ZnSnOx 20-40nm / TiO2 2-6nm.

- 제20항, 제22항 및 제23항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 글레이징 유닛을 하나 이상 함유하는 다중 글레이징으로서,두께가 4mm인 투명 유리 시트 2개로 형성되는 경우에 광투과율 LT가 68% 이상, 외광반사율 LR이 15% 미만, 표준 ISO 9050(2003)에 따라 측정했을 때 태양 계수 SF가 45% 미만, 선택도 S가 1.63보다 높은,다중 글레이징.
- 제30항에 있어서, 광투과율 LT가 70% 이상, 외광반사율 LR이 14% 미만, 태양 계수 SF가 44% 미만, 선택도 S가 1.68 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 다중 글레이징.
- 제30항에 있어서, 다층 코팅이 위치 2에 있을 때 외측에서부터 조사했을 때 반사 시 중성인 외관을 보유하고, 발광체 D65/10°를 기준으로 하여 순도가 10 미만, 주파장이 500nm 이하인 것이 특징으로 하는 다중 글레이징.
- 제30항에 있어서, 두께가 4mm인 투명 유리 시트 2개로 형성되고 다층 코팅이 위치 2에 위치한 상태에서 발광체 D65/10°를 기준으로 하여 반사 시 조사했을 때, 색조가 40 내지 45 범위의 L* 값, -5.0 내지 +1 범위의 a* 값, -7.0 내지 -1.0 범위의 b* 값을 나타내는 것을 특징으로 하는 다중 글레이징.
- 제30항에 있어서, 발광체 D65/2°를 기준으로 하여 투과 시 조사된 색조가 마이너스 값의 a* 및 +5 미만의 b* 값을 나타내는 것을 특징으로 하는 다중 글레이징.
- 제30항에 있어서, 표준 ISO 10292에 따른 U값이 1.1 W/(㎡.K) 이하이고, 유리 시트 사이의 15mm의 공간에 본질적으로 순수한 아르곤이 충전되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 다중 글레이징.
- 제30항에 있어서, 표준 ISO 10292에 따른 U값이 1.42 W/(㎡.K) 이하이고, 유리 시트 사이의 15mm의 공간에 무수 공기가 충전되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 다중 글레이징.
