Abstract
이를 위해, 본 발명에 따른 후열처리 가능한 기판은 기판, 기판에 형성되는 써모크로믹 박막, 써모크로믹 박막의 상면 또는 하면 중 적어도 한 면에 형성되는 보조막, 및 써모크로믹 박막과 보조막 사이에 형성되고 비산화 금속으로 이루어지는 희생막을 포함하여 구성되어 기판의 후열처리 과정에서 써모크로믹 물질의 응집을 방지하고, 보조막으로부터 써모크로믹 박막으로의 산소나 질소 등의 확산을 차단시켜 기판의 강화, 반강화, 곡성형 등의 고온 열가공이 가능한 효과를 갖는다.

Claims (6)
- 기판;
상기 기판에 형성되는 써모크로믹(Thermochromic) 박막;
상기 써모크로믹 박막의 상부 및 하부에 형성되는 보조막; 및
상기 써모크로믹 박막과 상기 보조막 사이에 형성되고 비산화 금속으로 이루어지는 희생막을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 후열처리 가능한 기판.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 써모크로믹 박막은 이산화바나늄(VO2)인 것을 특징으로 하는 후열처리 가능한 기판.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 보조막은 산화막 또는 질화막인 것을 특징으로 하는 후열처리 가능한 기판.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 비산화 금속은 티타늄(Ti), 니크롬(NiCr), 크롬(Cr), 니켈(Ni), 알루미늄(Al), 나이오븀(Nb), 실리콘(Si), 아연(Zn), 주석(Sn) 또는 이들의 합금 중 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 후열처리 가능한 기판.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 보조막이 TiO2로 이루어지고 상기 희생막은 Ti로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 후열처리 가능한 기판.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 희생막은 1~5nm 의 두께를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 후열처리 가능한 기판.
