Abstract
전력 변환 회로의 3상 인버터(3)를 구성하는 반도체 소자와 이들 반도체 소자에 게이트 신호를 공급하는 복수의 게이트 제어 회로(7) 및 전력 변환 회로의 직류 단자(P, N) 사이에 접속되는 필터 콘덴서를 포함하는 전력 변환 유닛(6)이 공통의 하우징(20) 내에 수납되고, 필터 콘덴서는 반도체 냉각 유닛과 일체 구조로 되고, 복수의 게이트 제어 회로(7)는 필터 콘덴서의 하면에 배치한다.

Claims (1)
- 전력 변환 회로를 구성하는 복수의 반도체 소자와,
상기 복수의 반도체 소자로 게이트 신호를 공급하는 복수의 게이트 제어 회로와,
상기 전력 변환 회로의 직류 단자에 접속되어 직류 전류를 평활하게 하는 필터 콘덴서와,
상기 반도체 소자와 접촉하여 배치되어, 냉각 핀에 의해 상기 반도체 소자의 냉각을 행하는 반도체 냉각 유닛을 갖고, 철도 차량의 바닥 하부에 탑재된 하우징에 수납되는 철도 차량용 전력 변환 장치이며,
상기 필터 콘덴서와 상기 반도체 소자와 상기 게이트 제어 회로와 상기 반도체 냉각 유닛은 일체로서 상기 하우징에 착탈 가능하게 고정 지지되고, 상기 하우징으로부터 제거되었을 때에도 일체 구조로 되고,
상하 방향과 직교하는 방향을 전후 방향으로 한 경우에, 전방면측으로부터, 상기 필터 콘덴서, 상기 반도체 소자, 상기 냉각 유닛의 순으로 배치되어 있고,
상기 필터 콘덴서는, 상기 전력 변환 회로와 접속되는 단자를 상기 필터 콘덴서의 상면측에 구비하고,
상기 게이트 제어 회로는, 상기 냉각 핀과는 반대측인 전방면측에, 그리고, 상기 필터 콘덴서의 하면의 공간에 배치되고, 외부로부터의 신호를 입력하는 입력단을 전방면에 구비하고,
상기 복수의 게이트 제어 회로는, 좌우 횡배열로 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 철도 차량용 전력 변환 장치.
