도 2는 도 1의 코크스로의 탄화실의 일례를 설명하기 위한 개략적인 사시도이다.
도 3은 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 코크스로 탄화실용 레벨측정 장치(이하, 간단히 "레벨측정 장치"라고 함)의 개략적인 구성도이다.
도 4는 도 3의 레벨측정 장치의 개략적인 평면도이다.
도 5는 본 발명의 또 다른 일 실시예에 따른 레벨측정 장치의 구성 및 작동원리를 설명하기 위한 개략도이다.
도 6은 도 5의 레벨측정 장치의 변형예를 설명하기 위한 개략적인 도면이다.
도 7은 본 발명의 또 다른 일 실시예에 따른 레벨측정 장치의 구성 및 작동원리를 설명하기 위한 개략도이다.

이를 풀어서 쓰면 다음의 수학식 1과 같다.
이러한 원리에 의하여 탄화실 내의 석탄(6)의 레벨(h)를 구할 수 있게 된다.
Claims (10)
- 코크스로 탄화실 내의 석탄 및 코크스의 레벨을 측정하는 장치로서,
상기 탄화실 외부에 설치되며 레이저빔을 이용하여 거리를 측정하는 센싱부;
상기 센싱부에서 나오고 상기 센싱부로 들어가는 빛의 왕복 경로를 제공하는 광채널부;
상기 광채널부의 일단에 배치되며 상기 센싱부로부터 상기 광채널부를 통해 상기 탄화실로 들어오는 빛을 상기 석탄 또는 상기 코크스 측으로 반사시키고 상기 석탄 또는 코크스 측에서 오는 빛을 상기 센싱부로 반사시키는 광반사부;
상기 광채널부가 탑재되고 상기 탄화실의 길이 방향으로 움직이며 상기 광반사부를 이동시키는 빔부;
상기 광채널부를 통해 상기 광반사부 측으로 퍼지가스 또는 냉각가스를 공급하는 가스공급부;
상기 광채널부의 중간부에 설치되며 상기 광채널부의 중간부를 소정 각도로 절곡하는 관절부; 및
상기 관절부 내부에서 상기 광채널부를 통해 상기 센싱부 측에서 오는 빛을 상기 광반사부 측으로 반사하고 상기 광반사부 측에서 오는 빛을 상기 센싱부 측으로 반사하도록 설치되는 보조광반사부
를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 코크스로 탄화실용 레벨측정 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 빔부의 이동 거리를 측정하는 보조센싱부를 더 포함하는 코크스로 탄화실용 레벨측정 장치.
- 제2항에 있어서,
상기 센싱부 및 상기 보조센싱부로부터 받은 센싱값에 기초하여 상기 석탄 또는 상기 코크스의 레벨을 산출하는 제어부를 더 포함하는 코크스로 탄화실용 레벨측정 장치.

- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 광반사부에 반사되는 가스를 회수하는 가스방출부를 더 포함하는 코크스로 탄화실용 레벨측정 장치.

- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 센싱부 및 상기 빔부를 상기 탄화실의 높이 방향으로 승강시키는 승강구동부를 더 포함하는 코크스로 탄화실용 레벨측정 장치.
- 코크스로 탄화실 내의 석탄 및 코크스의 레벨을 측정하는 장치로서,
상기 탄화실 외부에 설치되며 레이저빔을 이용하여 거리를 측정하는 센싱부;
상기 센싱부에서 나오고 상기 센싱부로 들어가는 빛의 왕복 경로를 제공하는 광채널부;
상기 광채널부의 일단에 배치되며 상기 센싱부로부터 상기 광채널부를 통해 상기 탄화실로 들어오는 빛을 상기 석탄 또는 상기 코크스 측으로 반사시키고 상기 석탄 또는 코크스 측에서 오는 빛을 상기 센싱부로 반사시키는 광반사부;
상기 광채널부가 탑재되고 상기 탄화실의 길이 방향으로 움직이며 상기 광반사부를 이동시키는 빔부; 및
상기 광채널부에 결합하며 상기 광반사부와 상기 석탄 사이에 위치하는 홀 또는 아울렛을 선택적으로 개방 또는 폐쇄하는 셔터부
를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 코크스로 탄화실용 레벨측정 장치.
- 코크스로 탄화실 내의 석탄 및 코크스의 레벨을 측정하는 장치로서,
상기 탄화실 외부에 설치되며 레이저빔을 이용하여 거리를 측정하는 센싱부;
상기 센싱부에서 나오고 상기 센싱부로 들어가는 빛의 왕복 경로를 제공하는 광채널부;
상기 광채널부의 일단에 배치되며 상기 센싱부로부터 상기 광채널부를 통해 상기 탄화실로 들어오는 빛을 상기 석탄 또는 상기 코크스 측으로 반사시키고 상기 석탄 또는 코크스 측에서 오는 빛을 상기 센싱부로 반사시키는 광반사부; 및
상기 광채널부가 탑재되고 상기 탄화실의 길이 방향으로 움직이며 상기 광반사부를 이동시키는 빔부
를 포함하고,
상기 빔부는 사다리 형태의 레벨러바(Leveler bar)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 코크스로 탄화실용 레벨측정 장치.
- 제9항에 있어서,
상기 광채널부는 상기 레벨러바의 측면이나 상단면 중앙부 또는 가장자리 부분에서 상기 레벨러바의 길이 방향으로 연장하도록 설치되는 코크스로 탄화실용 레벨측정 장치.
