Description
도 2는 본 발명에 따른 레이저 마킹 방법이 적용되는 실시 예를 도시한 것이다.

Claims (3)
- 무기입자 또는 표면의 레이저 마킹을 위한 별도의 처리 과정이 없이 수지 제품 표면에 레이저 마킹을 하는 방법에 있어서,
마킹 대상이 되는 합성수지를 선택하는 단계;
선택된 합성수지의 열 변형 특성을 결정하고 그에 따라 마킹 가능 여부 및 마킹 인자의 범위가 결정되는 단계;
열 변형 특성에 따라 주파수 및 마킹 속도를 결정하는 단계;
정해진 마킹 속도에 대하여 초점 거리를 설정하는 단계; 및
출력 값을 설정하여 마킹을 하는 단계를 포함하고,
상기 주파수는 25~1000 kHz, 마킹 속도는 100 내지 5,000 mm/sec 그리고 초점 거리는 100 내지 300 mm가 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 수지 제품 표면의 레이저 마킹 방법. - 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 초점 거리는 F-세타 렌즈와 합성수지의 표면 사이의 거리를 실시간으로 측정을 하기 위한 거리 측정 장치에 의하여 실시간으로 감시가 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 수지 제품 표면의 레이저 마킹 방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 합성수지는 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트, 폴리스티렌, 고밀도 폴리에틸렌 또는 저밀도 폴리에틸렌이 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 수지 제품 표면의 레이저 마킹 방법.
