Abstract
Description
도 2 는 도 1 의 ISG 시스템에서 모터링 모드(Motoring mode)의 일 예를 도시한다.
도 3 은 본 발명의 바람직한 일 실시예로서, ISG 시스템의 저속 발전 모드를 도시한다.
도 4 는 본 발명의 바람직한 일 실시예로서, ISG 시스템의 고속 발전 모드를 도시한다.
도 5 는 본 발명의 바람직한 일 실시예로서, ISG 시스템의 모터링 모드를 도시한다.
도 6은 본 발명의 바람직한 일 실시예로서, ISG 시스템의 내부 상세 구조를 도시한다.
도 7에서는 도 6의 ISG 시스템에서 구동용 인버터에서 FAULT 발생시 안전하게 스위치를 OFF하는 방법의 일 예를 도시한다.
도 8 은 계자전류와 역기전력 간의 관계를 도시한 그래프이다.
Claims (4)
- 모터 및 발전기 역할이 모두 가능한 통합형모터/발전기에 연결된 인버터; 및
일단의 양 접점은 상기 인버터의 입력단인 DC-LINK의 양 출력 접점에 병렬로 연결되고, 타단의 양 접점은 에너지저장부에 연결된 제 1 DC-DC 컨버터;를 포함하고,
상기 통합형모터/발전기가 모터링 모드로 구현시, 상기 DC-LINK의 양 출력 전압 VDC가 기설정된 안전범위를 초과하면 상기 제 1 DC-DC 컨버터의 스위치를 OFF 하고, 이 후 상기 VDC가 기설정된 안전범위 이내로 떨어지면 상기 통합형모터/발전기에 연결된 3상제어스위치를 OFF 하며,
상기 통합형모터/발전기가 발전 모드로 구현시, 상기 VDC가 기설정된 안전범위를 초과하면 상기 3상제어스위치를 OFF하고, 이 후 상기 VDC가 기설정된 안전범위 이내로 떨어지면 상기 제 1 DC-DC 컨버터의 스위치를 OFF하는 것을 특징으로 하는 ISG시스템. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 모터링 모드에서 상기 제 1 DC-DC 컨버터는 상기 에너지저장부의 전압을 승압하고, 상기 발전 모드에서 상기 제 1 DC-DC 컨버터는 상기 VDC를 강압하는 것을 특징으로 하는 ISG시스템. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 제 1 DC-DC 컨버터의 스위치 및 상기 3상제어스위치가 모두 OFF된 이후 상기 통합형모터/발전기에서 발생되는 역기전력이 상기 기설정된 안전범위를 초과하는 경우, 계자권선에 흐르는 전류를 상기 역기전력이 작아지도록 감자전류로 제어하여 상기 VDC를 낮추는 것을 특징으로 하는 ISG시스템. - 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 3상제어스위치를 OFF하면
상기 3상제어스위치의 프리 휠 다이오드(FREE-WHEEL DIODE)를 통해 3상 전류 회로로 동작하여 역기전력을 정류하는 것을 특징으로 하는 ISG시스템.
