- 원주형을 나타내고, 외주면에, 액체가 흐르는 유로가 축 방향으로 연장되도록 형성됨과 함께, 축 방향의 일단부 (端部) 에 그 유로에 액체를 유입시키는 유입구와, 축 방향의 타단부에 그 유로를 흐르는 유체를 그 유로로부터 유출시키는 유출구가 각각 형성되고, 또한, 외주면이 기체 투과성 필름에 의해 피복되어, 외주면에 있어서의 그 유로의 개구부가 그 기체 투과성 필름에 의해 폐색되어 이루어지는 통액체와,
양단이 개방 상태에 있는 통형상체로 이루어지고, 그 통형상체의 통벽부에 통기구가 형성됨과 함께, 내측에 상기 통액체가 수납되고, 또한, 그 통액체의 외주면과의 사이에, 그 통기구를 통하여 그 통형상체의 내부로 유도된 가압 기체를 수용하는 중공간이 형성된 케이싱을 갖고,

상기 나선형의 유로를 협폭으로 하여, 상기 유입구에 있어서의 유량을 제한함으로써, 그 유입구로부터 유입된 액체가 그 유로를 통과할 때에, 이러한 액체의 유속을 증대시킴으로써, 상기 기체 투과성 필름을 투과하여, 액 중에 발생하는 기포의 발생 과정의 초기 단계에서, 그 기체 투과성 필름에 있어서의 그 유로 중의 액체와의 계면에 성장하는 기포를, 상기 증속된 액체의 그 유로 중의 흐름에 의해 전단하여, 액 중에 더욱 초미세화된 기포를 생성할 수 있도록 되어 있는 초미세 기포 발생 장치. - 제 3 항 또는 제 4 항에 있어서,
상기 유입구에 있어서의 액체의 유량을 제어하는 유량 조절 밸브가 형성되어, 상기 유로에 있어서의 액체의 유속이 제어되도록 되어 있는 한편, 레귤레이터에 의해, 상기 통기구를 통하여 상기 중공간으로 유도되는 가압 기체의 압력이 제어되도록 되어 있는 초미세 기포 발생 장치. - 제 3 항 또는 제 4 항에 있어서,
상기 기체 투과성 필름이, 크레이즈가 생성되어 이루어지는 수지 필름으로 구성되어 있는 초미세 기포 발생 장치. - 삭제
