도 1은 본 발명인 발전장치를 일부 절개하여 도시한 사시도, 도 2는 본 발명에 따른 발전장치를 도시한 단면도, 도 3은 본 발명에 따른 발전장치 내부에 유체의 흐름을 도시한 종단면도, 도 4는 도 3에서 주요부분의 작동상태를 도시한 확대도이다.

Claims (2)
- 관(P)과 관(P) 사이에 연결 설치되어 관로(P1)를 통과하는 유체의 유속에 의해 회전력을 발전기(10)의 베어링하우징(11)에 제공하여 전기에너지를 얻기 위한 유도기전력을 발생하는 발전장치(100)에 있어서,
상기 발전장치(100)는,
양측에 상기 관과 연결되는 플랜지(112)가 마련된 관체(110)의 내경에 유량을 일방향으로 집속시키기 위한 원추 형상의 집속관(120)이 용접 설치되며, 상기 발전기(10)는 고정대(12)를 통해 집속관(120)의 중앙에 고정 설치되고, 발전기(10)측의 회전축이 설치되는 베어링하우징(11) 상에는 상기 관로(P1)를 통과하는 유체를 집속관의 중앙으로 유도하는 가이드베인(14)이 설치되고, 상기 집속관(120)이 좁아지는 내경에 위치한 베어링하우징(11)의 단부에는 집속관(120) 내부로 유입된 유체의 이송 압에 의해 회전하여 유도기전력을 발생시키는 임펠러(16)가 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 유속을 이용한 발전장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 집속관(120)은 좁아지는 내경으로부터 유량의 흐름 방향으로 일정각도 확장되어 유속을 발생하는 나팔관부(122)가 일체로 더 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 유속을 이용한 발전장치.
