Claims (4)
- 외부로부터 입력된 외부 알고리즘 백라이트 디밍 제어신호를 이용하여 백라이트 유닛의 신뢰 범위 이상의 디밍 듀티를 유지할 수 있도록 내부 알고리즘 백라이트 디밍 제어신호를 변조하는 백라이트 디밍 변조부;상기 외부 알고리즘 백라이트 디밍 제어신호 및 상기 변조된 내부 알고리즘 백라이트 디밍 제어신호를 곱셈 연산하여 최종 백라이트 디밍 제어신호를 출력하는 연산부;상기 외부 알고리즘 백라이트 디밍 제어신호를 이용하여 상기 변조된 최종 백라이트 디밍 제어신호와 대응되도록 영상 데이터를 변조하는 데이터 변조부; 및상기 백라이트 디밍 변조부의 변조 범위를 설정하는 내부 알고리즘 백라이트 디밍 변조 설정부를 포함하며,상기 내부 알고리즘 백라이트 디밍 변조 설정부는,를 이용하여 상기 변조된 내부 알고리즘 백라이트 디밍 범위를 설정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
