Claims (19)
- 정극 및 부극과 함께 전해질을 구비하며,상기 부극은 부극 활성 물질로서 주석(Sn), 코발트(Co) 및 탄소(C)를 포함하고,상기 전해질은, 할로겐 원자를 갖는 환상 탄산에스테르 유도체와, 하기 화학식 1 또는 화학식 2로 나타낸 경금속염으로 이루어지는 군 중 1종 이상을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지.<화학식 1>(식 중, R11은 -C(=O)-R21-C(=O)-기(R21은 알킬렌기, 할로겐화 알킬렌기, 아릴렌기 또는 할로겐화 아릴렌기를 나타냄) 또는 -C(=O)-C(R23)(R24)-기(R23 및 R24는 알킬기, 할로겐화 알킬기, 아릴기 또는 할로겐화 아릴기를 나타냄) 또는 -C(=O)-C(=O)-기를 나타내고, R12는 할로겐기, 알킬기, 할로겐화 알킬기, 아릴기 또는 할로겐화 아릴기를 나타내고, X11 및 X12는 산소(O) 또는 황(S)을 각각 나타내고, M11은 전이 금속 원소 또는 단주기형 주기표에서의 3B족 원소, 4B족 원소 또는 5B족 원소를 나타내고, M21은 단주기형 주기표에서의 1A족 원소, 2A족 원소 또는 알루미늄(Al)을 나타내고, a는 1 내지 4의 정수이고, b는 0 내지 8의 정수이고, c, d, e 및 f는 각각 1 내지 3의 정수이다.)<화학식 2>(식 중, R31, R32, R33 및 R34는 알킬기의 적어도 일부의 수소를 할로겐으로 치환한 기를 나타낸다.)
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 경금속염으로서, 하기 화학식 7로 나타낸 화합물을 포 함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지.<화학식 7>(식 중, R11은 -C(=O)-R21-C(=O)-기(R21은 알킬렌기, 할로겐화 알킬렌기, 아릴렌기 또는 할로겐화 아릴렌기를 나타냄) 또는 -C(=O)-C(R23)(R24)-기(R23 및 R24는 알킬기, 할로겐화 알킬기, 아릴기 또는 할로겐화 아릴기를 나타냄) 또는 -C(=O)-C(=O)-기를 나타내고, R13은 할로겐기를 나타내고, M12는 인(P) 또는 붕소(B)를 나타내고, M21은 단주기형 주기표에서의 1A족 원소, 2A족 원소 또는 알루미늄을 나타내고, a1은 1 내지 3의 정수이고, b1은 0, 2 또는 4이고, c, d, e 및 f는 각각 1 내지 3의 정수이다.)
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 경금속염으로서, 하기 화학식 8로 나타낸 디플루오로[옥솔레이토-O,O']붕산리튬, 하기 화학식 9로 나타낸 테트라플루오로[옥솔레이토-O,O']인산리튬, 하기 화학식 10으로 나타낸 디플루오로비스[옥솔레이토-O,O']인산리튬, 하기 화학식 11로 나타낸 디플루오로[3,3,3-트리플루오로-2-옥시드-2-트리플루오로메틸프로피오네이토(2-)-O,O']붕산리튬, 하기 화학식 12로 나타낸 비스[3,3,3-트리플루오로-2-옥시드-2-트리플루오로메틸프로피오네이토(2-)-O,O']붕산리튬, 하기 화학식 13으로 나타낸 테트라키스(트리플루오로아세테이트)붕산리튬, 하 기 화학식 14로 나타낸 테트라키스(펜타플루오로프로파노에이트)붕산리튬, 하기 화학식 15로 나타낸 테트라키스(트리클로로아세테이트)붕산리튬으로 이루어지는 군 중 1종 이상을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지.<화학식 8><화학식 9><화학식 10><화학식 11><화학식 12><화학식 13><화학식 14><화학식 15>
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 경금속염 이외의 다른 경금속염을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지.
- 정극 및 부극과 함께 전해질을 구비하며,상기 부극의 용량은 경금속의 흡장 및 방출에 의한 용량 성분과 경금속의 석출 및 용해에 의한 용량 성분을 포함하고, 또한 그의 합으로 표시되며,상기 부극은 주석, 코발트 및 탄소를 포함하는 부극 활성 물질을 포함하고,상기 전해질은, 할로겐 원자를 갖는 환상 탄산에스테르 유도체와, 하기 화학식 1 또는 화학식 2로 나타낸 경금속염으로 이루어지는 군 중 1종 이상을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지.<화학식 1>(식 중, R11은 -C(=O)-R21-C(=O)-기(R21은 알킬렌기, 할로겐화 알킬렌기, 아릴렌기 또는 할로겐화 아릴렌기를 나타냄) 또는 -C(=O)-C(R23)(R24)-기(R23 및 R24는 알킬기, 할로겐화 알킬기, 아릴기 또는 할로겐화 아릴기를 나타냄) 또는 -C(=O)-C(=O)-기를 나타내고, R12는 할로겐기, 알킬기, 할로겐화 알킬기, 아릴기 또는 할로겐화 아릴기를 나타내고, X11 및 X12는 산소(O) 또는 황(S)을 각각 나타내고, M11은 전이 금속 원소 또는 단주기형 주기표에서의 3B족 원소, 4B족 원소 또는 5B족 원소를 나타내고, M21은 단주기형 주기표에서의 1A족 원소, 2A족 원소 또는 알루미늄(Al)을 나타내고, a는 1 내지 4의 정수이고, b는 0 내지 8의 정수이고, c, d, e 및 f는 각각 1 내지 3의 정수이다.)<화학식 2>(식 중, R31, R32, R33 및 R34는 알킬기의 적어도 일부의 수소를 할로겐으로 치환한 기를 나타낸다.)

- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 경금속염 이외의 다른 경금속염을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 부극 활성 물질은 탄소의 함유량이 9.9 질량% 이상 29.7 질량% 이하이고, 주석과 코발트와의 합계에 대한 코발트의 중량비, Co/(Sn+Co)가 0.30 이상 0.70 이하이며, 상기 부극 활성 물질이 회절각 2θ=20° 내지 50° 사이에, 회절각 2θ가 1.0° 이상인 반값폭을 갖는 회절 피크를 가지는 전지.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 부극 활성 물질은 탄소의 함유량이 9.9 질량% 이상 29.7 질량% 이하이고, 주석과 코발트와의 합계에 대한 코발트의 중량비, Co/(Sn+Co)가 0.30 이상 0.70 이하이며, 상기 부극 활성 물질이 회절각 2θ=20° 내지 50° 사이에, 회절각 2θ가 1.0° 이상인 반값폭을 갖는 회절 피크를 가지는 전지.
