Description
Claims (13)
- 340 nm와 360 nm 사이의 파장과 펨토초(femtosecond) 범위의 펄스 지속시간을 가지는 펄스 치료 복사선을 방사하도록 구성되고, 치료 복사선의 펄스 에너지는 0.1 nJ과 5 μJ 사이에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 눈의 각막의 수술적 레이저 치료 수행 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,치료 복사선을 각막 위 또는 각막 내로 초점을 맞추기 위한 수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 눈의 각막의 수술적 레이저 치료 수행 장치.

- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,적어도 340 nm와 360 nm 사이의 방사된 치료 복사선의 경우에, 치료 복사선의 펄스 반복률(pulse repetition rate)은 적어도 10 kHz인 것을 특징으로 하는 눈의 각막의 수술적 레이저 치료 수행 장치.
