Claims (21)
- 베이스층;상기 베이스층의 일면에 스트라이프 타입으로 형성되어 입사광을 반사 및 편광하는 다수의 도전성 격자선들; 및상기 베이스층과 도전성 격자선들의 사이에 형성되어, 상기 도전성 격자선들을 보호하는 버퍼층을 포함하며,상기 버퍼층은 질화실리콘(SiNx)층 및 경화성수지층 중 적어도 하나를 포함하는 유기물층을 포함하는 편광판.
- 제1항에 있어서, 도전성 격자선들은 은(Ag)층 또는 알루미늄(Al)층을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 편광판.

- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 버퍼층은 상기 도전성 격자선들을 따라 패터닝된 것을 특징으로 하는 편광판.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 버퍼층은 상기 일면에 전체적으로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 편광판.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 버퍼층은 0.1 내지 10 나노미터의 두께로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 편광판.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 베이스층은 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트층, 폴리에틸렌 나프탈레이트층, 코폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트층, 코폴리에틸렌나프탈레이트층 및 유리층 중 적어도 어느 하나를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 편광판.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 도전성 격자선들 간의 피치, 각 상기 도전성 격자선의 선폭 및 도전성 격자선의 두께는 각각 100 내지 200 나노미터, 50 내지 100 나노미터 및 150 내지 250 나노미터인 것을 특징으로 하는 편광판.
- 상면에 다수의 화소부들이 형성된 어레이기판;상기 화소부들과 대향하는 칼라필터부들이 형성된 대향기판;상기 어레이기판과 대향기판의 사이에 개재된 액정층; 및상기 어레이기판 상에 스트라이프 타입으로 형성되어 입사광을 반사 및 편광하는 제1 도전성 격자선들 및 상기 어레이기판과 제1 도전성 격자선들 사이에 개재되어 상기 제1 도전성 격자선들을 보호하는 제1 버퍼층을 포함하는 제1 편광부를 포함하며,상기 제1 버퍼층은 질화실리콘(SiNx)층 및 경화성수지층 중 적어도 하나를 포함하는 유기물층을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 표시패널.
- 제14항에 있어서, 상기 제1 도전성 격자선들은 상기 어레이기판의 하면에 형성되고, 상기 제1 버퍼층은 상기 어레이기판의 하면과 제1 도전성 격자선의 사이에 개재된 것을 특징으로 하는 표시패널.
- 제14항에 있어서, 상기 제1 도전성 격자선들은 상기 어레이기판의 상면에 형 성되고, 상기 제1 버퍼층은 상기 어레이기판의 상면과 제1 도전성 격자선들의 사이에 개재된 것을 특징으로 하는 표시패널.
- 제14항에 있어서,상기 대향기판 상에 스트라이프 타입으로 형성되어 입사광을 반사 및 편광하는 제2 도전성 격자선들; 및상기 대향기판과 제2 도전성 격자선들 사이에 개재되어 상기 제2 도전성 격자선들을 보호하는 제2 버퍼층을 포함하는 제2 편광부를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 표시패널.
- 제17항에 있어서, 상기 제2 도전성 격자선들은 상기 대향기판의 상면에 형성되고, 상기 제2 버퍼층은 상기 대향기판의 상면과 제2 도전성 격자선의 사이에 개재된 것을 특징으로 하는 표시패널.
- 제17항에 있어서, 상기 제2 도전성 격자선들은 상기 대향기판의 하면에 형성되고, 상기 제2 버퍼층은 상기 대향기판의 하면과 제2 도전성 격자선들의 사이에 개재된 것을 특징으로 하는 표시패널.
- 상면에 다수의 화소부들이 형성된 어레이기판, 상기 화소부들과 대향하는 칼라필터부들이 형성된 대향기판 및 상기 어레이기판과 대향기판의 사이에 개재된 액정층을 포함하는 표시패널;상기 어레이기판에 광을 출사하는 백라이트부; 및상기 백라이트부와 어레이기판의 사이에 배치된 제1 베이스층, 상기 제1 베이스층 상에 형성된 다수의 제1 도전성 격자선들 및 상기 제1 베이스층과 제1 도전성 격자선들의 사이에 개재되어 제1 도전성 격자선들을 보호하는 제1 버퍼층을 포함하는 제1 편광판을 포함하며,상기 제1 버퍼층은 질화실리콘(SiNx)층 및 경화성수지층 중 적어도 하나를 포함하는 유기물층을 포함하는 표시장치.
- 제20항에 있어서,상기 대향기판의 상부에 배치된 제2 베이스층;상기 제2 베이스층 상에 형성된 다수의 제2 도전성 격자선들; 및상기 제2 베이스층과 제2 도전성 격자선들의 사이에 개재되어 제2 도전성 격자선들을 보호하는 제2 버퍼층을 포함하는 제2 편광판을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 표시장치.
