Abstract
Description
Claims (15)
- 열가소성 수지층이 k개(k는 3 이상의 정수) 적층되어 이루어지는 필름으로서,제 k번째의 열가소성 수지층을 형성하는 열가소성 수지와 제 1번째의 열가소성 수지층을 형성하는 열가소성 수지는 같은 종류의 열가소성 수지이고,상기 k개의 열가소성 수지층의 적어도 1층은 음의 광탄성 계수를 갖는 열가소성 수지층이고, 별도의 적어도 1층은 양의 광탄성 계수를 갖는 열가소성 수지층이며,제 i번째의 열가소성 수지층의 파장 380nm에서의 굴절률 ni(380) 및 파장 780nm에서의 굴절률 ni(780), 및 제 i+1번째의 열가소성 수지층의 파장 380nm에서의 굴절률 ni+1(380) 및 파장 780nm에서의 굴절률 ni+1(780)이 수학식 1의 관계를 갖는, 공압출 성형에 의해 형성된 편광판용 보호필름.수학식 1||ni(380)-ni+1(380)|-|ni(780)-ni+1(780)||≤0.02(단, i는 1 내지 k-1의 정수)
- 제 1 항에 있어서,제 i번째의 열가소성 수지층의 380nm 내지 780nm의 범위의 파장 λ에 있어서의 굴절률 ni(λ), 및 제 i+1번째의 열가소성 수지층의 380nm 내지 780nm의 범위의 파장 λ에 있어서의 굴절률 ni+1(λ)이 수학식 2의 관계를 갖고, 또한 광탄성 계수 의 절대값이 10×10-12Pa-1 이하인 편광판용 보호필름.수학식 2|ni(λ)-ni+1(λ)|≤0.05(단, i는 1 내지 k-1의 정수)
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 k개의 열가소성 수지층은, 어느 것이나 헤이즈 0.5% 이하의 재료로 형성되고, 또한 비정질 열가소성 수지를 포함하고 있고,제 i번째의 열가소성 수지층의 습도 팽창 계수 βi와 제 i+1번째의 열가소성 수지층의 습도 팽창 계수 βi+1이 수학식 3의 관계를 갖는 편광판용 보호필름.수학식 3|βi-βi+1|≤40ppm/%RH
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 k개의 열가소성 수지층의 적어도 1층이, 흡수율 0.5% 이하의 열가소성 수지층인 편광판용 보호필름.
- 삭제
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,제 k번째의 열가소성 수지층의 표면에 추가로 반사방지층을 갖는 편광판용 보호필름.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 편광판용 보호필름과 편광자를 적층시켜 이루어지는 편광판.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,편광자가 폴리비닐알코올을 함유하고,상기 편광판용 보호필름이 제 1번째의 열가소성 수지층을 편광자측으로 향해서 적층되어 있고, 상기 제 1번째의 열가소성 수지층의 파장 380nm에서의 굴절률 n1(380) 및 파장 780nm에서의 굴절률 n1(780), 및상기 폴리비닐알코올의 파장 380nm에서의 굴절률 nb(380) 및 파장 780nm에서의 굴절률 nb(780)이 수학식 4의 관계를 만족하는 편광판.수학식 4||n1(380)-nb(380)|-|n1(780)-nb(780)||≤0.02
- 제 7 항에 있어서,상기 편광판용 보호필름의 제 1번째의 열가소성 수지층의 380nm 내지 780nm의 범위의 파장 λ에 있어서의 굴절률 n1(λ), 및 상기 편광자에 함유되는 폴리비닐알코올의 380nm 내지 780nm의 범위의 파장 λ에 있어서의 굴절률 nb(λ)가 수학식 5를 만족시키는 편광판.수학식 5|n1(λ)-nb(λ)|≤0.04
- 제 7 항에 있어서,상기 편광판용 보호필름의 제 k번째의 열가소성 수지층의 표면에 깊이 50nm 이상이며 또한 폭 500nm 이하의 선상 오목부가 없는 편광판.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,상기 편광판용 보호필름의 제 k번째의 열가소성 수지층의 표면에 높이 50nm 이상이며 폭이 500nm 이하인 선상 볼록부가 없는 편광판.
- 제 7 항에 따른 편광판과 액정 패널을 구비하는 액정 표시 장치.
- 제 12 항에 있어서,상기 편광판이 액정 패널의 시인측에 구비되는 액정 표시 장치.
- 삭제
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 k개의 열가소성 수지층의 적어도 1층은 탄성체 입자를 포함하는 것인, 편광판용 보호필름.
