Claims (10)
- 모터 차량 배기라인용 소음기(1)의 내부 격벽(10)에 있는 오리피스(36)를 폐쇄하기 위한 밸브에 있어서,상기 밸브(38)는, 상기 내부 격벽(10)에 연결 가능하며 상기 오리피스(36)를 폐쇄하기 위한 폐쇄 위치에 배치될 수 있는 폐쇄 성분(44)을 포함하며,상기 폐쇄 성분은 굽어짐으로써 상기 폐쇄 위치로부터 이격될 수 있으며,상기 폐쇄 성분(44)은, 오리피스(36)를 폐쇄시키는 폐쇄 판(54)과, 상기 폐쇄 판(54)을 상기 내부 격벽(10)에 연결시키는 1개 이상의 연결 판(56)을 포함하고,상기 폐쇄 판(54)과 상기 연결 판(56)은 서로 다른 두께로 이루어지고 그리고 다른 기계적 특성을 가진 재료로 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 밸브.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 폐쇄 판(54)과 상기 연결 판(56)은 금속재로 각각 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 밸브.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 연결 판(56)은 상기 폐쇄 판(54)보다 더 유연한 가요성이 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 밸브.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 폐쇄 판(54)은 스테인리스강판인 것을 특징으로 하는 밸브.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 폐쇄 판(54)은 0.5mm 내지 5mm 사이에 두께를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 밸브.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 연결 판(56)은 600℃에서 400MPa 보다 큰 탄성 RP 0.2%(항복 강도)을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 밸브.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 연결 판(56)은 니켈을 적어도 30질량% 포함한 내화 강판인 것을 특징으로 하는 밸브.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 연결 판(56)은 0.05mm 내지 1mm 사이에 두께를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 밸브.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 폐쇄 성분(44)은 서로 평행한 두 개의 연결 판(56)을 포함하며, 상기 두 개의 연결 판(56)은 각각, 상기 폐쇄 판(54)을 상기 내부 격벽(10)에 연결할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 밸브.
- 모터 차량 배기라인용 소음기로서, 상기 소음기(1)는 내부 용적(4)의 범위를 한정하는 외부 쉘(2)과, 상기 내부 용적(4)을 2개 챔버(14, 16)로 분할하는 1개 이상의 내부 격벽(10)과, 내부 격벽(10)에 형성된 오리피스(36) 및 상기 청구항 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에서 청구된 오리피스(36)를 폐쇄하는 밸브(38)를 포함하는, 소음기.
