Description
本発明が解決しようとする課題は、熱応力、流体圧力及び振動力等の外力によりシール装置を取り付ける両接続面間の間隔が変位する場合でも、シール装置の幅広い変位範囲にわたりシール面を密接させてシール能力を向上させることにある。叉、シール装置を接続面間にセットしたのみでシール面が確実に密接できるようにすることにある。更に、シール装置の装着を容易にし、部品の組立コストを低減することにある。
請求項1に係わる発明のシール装置は、一方の部品の第1端面と他方の部品の第1対称端面との接続面間をシールするシール装置である。そして、一方の部品の第2段面と密接する第1シール突部と他方の部品の第2対称段面と密接する第2シール突部を有する支持部と、この支持部から直角方向へ凸状に形成された保持部とが設けられている。この保持部の側面には固着された第2側部と、湾曲状の弾性部と、傾斜する第1側部とが板状を断面Uに形成した第1シール部と、保持部の側面に第1シール部と対称に配置されて第2側部が固着されると共に第1シール部と略同一形状の要件を有する第2シール部とが設けられている。この第1シール部の第1側部の端部の外側面に一方の部品の第1段面と密接する第1シール面と、第2シール部の第1側部の端部の外側面に他方の部品の第1対称段面と接合する第2シール面とを備えている。そして、両第2側部の端部側が保持部を挟んで保持部に固着されているものである。
そして、各角形通路管50C、50D内の通路を被密封流体がV方向へ流れるので、各角形通路管50C、50Dは高温空気の温度により熱膨張する。この角形通路管50C、50Dの熱膨張を防止するために、各角形通路管50C、50Dの接続面間に冷却空気を図示省略の通路からV方向へ流す。この冷却空気は、1,000°Cを越す高温ガスとの関係から200°Cから500°Cに成るが、この冷却空気が図示する各角形通路管50C、50Cの端部から高温ガスに混合するとガスタービンの熱効率が低下する。この為に、冷却空気が各角形通路管50C、55Dの接続面間の隙間から、V方向へ流れる高温ガスに混入するのを防止するために、シール装置1を空間部51に取り付ける。図11はこのシール装置1を接続面間の空間部51に挿入する状態を示すものである。叉、図11の各角形通路管50C、50Dの図示上下には他の部品が接合されているために、上下方向への被密封流体の漏洩は防止される。そして、図1と同様に、シール装置1の各第1シール面2A1及び第2シール面3A1および各第1シール突部10A1及び第2シール突部10A2は、各角形通路管50C、50Dの両第1段部52Aと第2段部52Bに密接してシールする。その他の構成は省略するが、図11のその他の符号は図1の符号で示す構成と同一構成である。
以上の第3実施の形態から第6実施の形態に於いても、シール装置1は、前述したようにニッケル基合金材のような耐熱材である。その具体例としては、76%Ni−16%Cr−8%Fe合金のインコネルがある。このインコネルは、特に、加工性に富み、熱間、冷間加工が可能で、しかも耐食性に優れるので、適している。

Claims (4)
- 一方の部品の端面と他方の部品の端面との接続面間をシールするシール装置であって、前記一方の部品の第2段面と密接する第1シール突部と前記他方の部品の第2対称段面と密接する第2シール突部を有する支持部と、
前記支持部から凸状に形成された保持部と、前記支持部と前記保持部とからなり断面がT形状を成す密封本体と、前記保持部の側面に固着される第2側部と湾曲状の弾性部と傾斜する第1側部とが板状に形成された第1シール部と、
前記保持部の側面に前記第1シール部と対称に配置されて第2側部が固着されると共に前記第1シール部と略同一形状の要件を有する第2シール部と、
前記第1シール部の第1側部の端部の外側面に前記一方の部品の第1段面と密接する第1シール面と、
前記第2シール部の第1側部の端部の外側面に前記他方の部品の第1対称段面と接合する第2シール面とを備え、
前記両第2側部の端部側が前記保持部に固着され、前記第1シール突部と前記第2シール突部が断面円弧状面に形成されていることを特徴とするシール装置。 - 前記第1シール部の第2側部の端部と前記第2シール部の第2側部の端部が前記保持部の側面に溶着されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシール装置。
- 前記第1シール部と前記第2シール部が前記保持部の側面に沿って並列に複数個が配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載のシール装置。
- 一方の部品の第1端面と他方の部品の第1対称端面が接合したときに支持部の端部が前記第1段面と前記第1対称段面に略接合する幅寸法に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載のシール装置。
