Claims (23)
- 하기 단계를 포함하는 다단계 방법:단계 a) 하기를 포함하는, 불활성 담체 상에 지지된 촉매계의 존재 하에서, 프로필렌; 또는 프로필렌 및 에틸렌 또는 화학식 CH2=CHT1 (식 중, T1은 C2-C10 알킬 라디칼임) 의 알파 올레핀으로부터 선택되는 하나 이상의 단량체를 중합시킴:i) 하기 화학식 Ⅰ의 하나 이상의 메탈로센 화합물; 및[화학식 Ⅰ]ⅱ) 알루목산 또는 알킬 메탈로센 양이온을 형성할 수 있는 화합물,또는i) 상기 화학식 Ⅰ의 하나 이상의 메탈로센 화합물;ⅱ) 알루목산 또는 알킬 메탈로센 양이온을 형성할 수 있는 화합물; 및ⅲ) 오르가노 알루미늄 화합물,단계 b) 중합 조건 하에, 기체 상에서, 단계 a)에서 수득된 중합체의 존재 하, 또는 단계 a)에서 수득된 중합체 및 추가의 오르가노 알루미늄 화합물의 존재 하에, 프로필렌 또는 에틸렌을, 화학식 CH2=CHT (식 중, T는 수소 또는 C1-C10 알킬 라디칼임) 의 하나 이상의 알파 올레핀과 접촉시킴; 단, 단독중합체는 제조되지 않음;여기서, 단계 a)에서 수득된 중합체의 양은 전체 공정에서 수득된 중합체의 5중량% 내지 90중량%의 범위에 있고, 단계 b)에서 수득된 중합체의 양은 전체 공정에서 수득된 중합체의 10중량% 내지 95중량%의 범위에 있음:[여기서: 화학식 Ⅰ의 화합물에서:M은 원소 주기율표 4족에 속하는 원자들로부터 선택되는 전이 금속의 원자임;X는 서로 상동 또는 상이하게, 수소 원자, 할로겐 원자, R, OR, OR'O, OSO2CF3, OCOR, SR, NR2 또는 PR2기임 (여기서, R은 원소 주기율표의 13족 내지 17족에 속하는 헤테로원자를 포함할 수 있는, 선형 또는 분지형, 환형 또는 비환형, C1-C40-알킬, C2-C40-알케닐, C2-C40-알키닐, C6-C40-아릴, C7-C40-알킬아릴 또는 C7-C40-아릴알킬 라디칼이고, R'는 C1-C20-알킬리덴, C6-C20-아릴리덴, C7-C20-알킬아릴리덴, 또는 C7-C20-아릴알킬리덴 라디칼임);L은 원소 주기율표의 13족 내지 17족에 속하는 헤테로원자를 포함할 수 있는, C1-C20 알킬리덴, C3-C20 시클로알킬리덴, C6-C20 아릴리덴, C7-C20 알킬아릴리덴, 또는 C7-C20 아릴알킬리덴 라디칼로부터 선택되는 2가 가교기이거나, 또는 5 개 이하의 규소 원자를 포함하는 실릴리덴 라디칼임;R1 및 R19는 서로 상이하고 Z1 또는 Z2기이고 (여기서, Z1은 원소 주기율표의 13족 내지 17족에 속하는 헤테로원자를 포함할 수 있는 알파 분지형 C1-C20 탄화수소 라디칼이고, Z2는 원소 주기율표의 13족 내지 17족에 속하는 헤테로원자를 포함할 수 있는 선형 C1-C40 탄화수소 라디칼임); 단, R1 또는 R19가 Z1인 경우에 R19 또는 R1은 Z2임;R2 및 R3 는 인데닐 부분의 벤젠 고리에 축합된 4 내지 7 원 고리의 부분이고; 상기 고리는 원소 주기율표의 13족 내지 16족에 속하는 헤테로원자를 포함할 수 있고; 상기 고리를 형성하는 각 원자의 원자가는 R18기들로 채워지고 (여기서 R18은, 서로 상동 또는 상이하게, 수소 원자, 또는 C1-C40 탄화수소 라디칼임); 상기 고리는 포화될 수 있거나, 또는 이중 결합을 포함할 수 있음;R4는 수소 원자, 또는 원소 주기율표의 13족 내지 17족에 속하는 헤테로원자를 포함할 수 있는 C1-C40-탄화수소 라디칼임;W는 원소 주기율표의 15족 내지 16족에 속하는 헤테로원자를 포함할 수 있는 방향족 5 또는 6 원 고리이고; 상기 고리의 각 원자의 원자가는 수소 원자로 치환되거나, 또는 R5기로 치환될 수 있음 (여기서 R5는, 서로 상동 또는 상이하게, 원소 주기율표의 13족 내지 17족에 속하는 헤테로원자를 포함할 수 있는 C1-C40 탄화수소 라디칼임);R20, R21, 및 R22는, 서로 상동 또는 상이하게, 수소 원자, 또는 원소 주기율표의 13족 내지 17족에 속하는 헤테로원자를 포함할 수 있는 C1-C40 탄화수소 라디칼임].
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 화학식 Ⅰ의 화합물이 하기 화학식 Ⅳ 를 가지고 있는 다단계 방법:[화학식 Ⅳ][여기서, M, L, X, R1, R4, R19, R20, R21, R22 및 W 는 제 1 항에서 기재된 의미를 가지고, R6, R7, R8, R9 및 R10 는, 서로 상동 또는 상이하게, 수소 원자, 또는 원소 주기율표의 13족 내지 17족에 속하는 헤테로원자를 포함할 수 있는 C1-C40 탄화수소 라디칼이며, R11 및 R12은, 서로 상동 또는 상이하게, 수소 원자이거나, 또는 원소 주기율표의 13족 내지 17족에 속하는 헤테로원자를 포함할 수 있는 C1-C40 탄화수소 라디칼임].
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 단계 a)가 액상에서 수행되거나 (여기서, 중합 매질은 불활성 탄화수소 용매일 수 있거나; 중합 매질은 액체 프로필렌이거나; 또는 중합 매질은 불활성 탄화수소 용매, 및 에틸렌 또는 화학식 CH2=CHT1의 하나 이상의 공단량체의 존재 하의 액체 프로필렌일 수 있음), 또는 단계 a)가 기체 상에서 수행될 수 있는 다단계 방법.
