Claims (13)
- 내부 나사산(21)을 포함하는 너트(2);
베이스 플레이트에 설치되는 외부 나사산(31)을 포함하는 베어링 풋(3); 및
상기 베어링 풋(3)을 고정시키는 이탈방지부재(4)를 포함하고,
상기 이탈방지부재(4)는 너트(2)에 회전가능하게 조여진 베어링 풋(3)을 고정시키고,
상기 베어링 풋(3)은 외부 나사산(31)을 갖는 부분과, 외부 나사산이 형성되지 않은 부분(32, 34)을 갖으며,
상기 외부 나사산(31)이 구비된 부분의 단면은 외부 나사산이 형성되지 않은 부분(32, 34)과 상이하게 형성되며, 이탈방지부재(4)는 베어링 풋(3)의 외부 나사산(31)이 형성되지 않은 부분 중 일 측에 대응되는 형상으로 형성된 중앙 개구(42)를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조절가능한 풋 베어링.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 외부 나사산이 형성되지 않는 부분(32, 34)은 외부 나사산이 형성된 부분(33)의 일측 또는 양측에 접하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조절가능한 풋 베어링.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 이탈방지부재(4)는 잠금디스크인 것을 특징으로 하는 조절가능한 풋 베어링.
- 제3항에 있어서,
상기 이탈방지부재(4)는 상기 너트(2)의 외부 지름보다 크거나 대응되는 외부 지름을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 조절가능한 풋 베어링.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 외부 나사산(31)이 형성되지 않는 부분(32, 34)은 너트의 전면과, 상기 베어링 풋(3)에 결합된 상기 이탈방지부재(4)에 돌출되는 것을 특징으로 하는 조절가능한 풋 베어링.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 이탈방지부재(4)는 관통공(41)을 구비하며,
너트(2)는 내부에 나사산이 형성된 스크류 구멍(22)을 전면에 구비하며,
이탈방지부재는 상기 너트(2)의 전면에 스크류(9)로 조여지는 것을 특징으로 하는 조절가능한 풋 베어링.
- 크레인 하부 조립체용 조절가능한 풋 베어링에 있어서,
구멍(8)을 구비한 베이스 플레이트(1); 및
제1항에 따른 풋 베어링을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 크레인 하부 조립체용 조절가능한 풋 베어링.
- 제7항에 있어서,
상기 구멍(8)은 베이스 플레이트(1)의 상면으로부터 하면으로 관통형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 크레인 하부 조립체용 조절가능한 풋 베어링.
- 제7항 또는 제8항에 있어서,
상기 너트는 상기 구멍(8)에 용접되는 것을 특징으로 하는 크레인 하부 조립체용 조절가능한 풋 베어링.
- 제7항 또는 제8항에 있어서,
상기 이탈방지부재(4)에는 원주 형상으로 배치된 관통공(41)을 구비하며,
너트(2)의 전면 또는 베이스 플레이트(1)의 상면(5)에는 내부 나사산이 형성된 스크류 구멍(22)이 형성되며, 이탈방지부재(4)는 너트(2)의 전면 또는 베이스 플레이트(1)의 상면에 스크류(9)를 통해 조여지는 것을 특징으로 하는 크레인 하부 조립체용 조절가능한 풋 베어링.
- 제7항 또는 제8항에 있어서,
상기 베이스 플레이트(1)는 크레인의 카운터웨이트 베이스 플레이트(counterweight base plate )인 것을 특징으로 하는 크레인 하부 조립체용 조절가능한 풋 베어링.
